I got the medium for my mother she’s broad on the top. So due to that the sleeves are long on her. Besides that she loves the coat as it’s warm and comfortable.

The coat fits well and is warm, but the hood is so huge that it flops all the way down to my nose/mouth with no adjustments rendering it unusable. Also, the very first day, I pulled on the flap to pop open the pocket and the flimsy fabric ripped immediately. I decided to keep it due to not wanting to shop further, but it's not the ok-for-business/dresses coat I'd hoped it would be. I guess we get what we pay for, as it's inexpensive, but it would be easy for them to fix these things.
