Good fit, but I purchase the Farm to Feet because they are seamless in the toe area. This style is NOT seamless in the toe area. They irritate my toes and make it uncomfortable to hike. I gave them away to someone who isn't so sensitive. Other styles work great, but these aren't what I purchased. They were warm and comfortable everywhere else, so they might work for you.

My husband wears size 10 wide shoes and ordered the extra large size of sock. They are snug but because of the materials they are made with they wear better than his cotton work socks. He doesn’t find himself wishing to take them off after 8 hours on his feet. I have several pairs of the Women’s socks and they are holding up well to washes and wears over the last two years. I machine wash on cold and tumble dry with other dark clothes. No shrinkage, color fading, matting or anything! Thanks to my mom and dad who raise merino sheep for getting us hooked. Worth the price for an American made product with high quality.

Very nice, well made sock. You pay for that, but hopefully it will last a long time, and at least it is made in the USA. The height worked well for me and it has a bit of cushioning which I prefer. I'm an 8 to 8.5 in most cases. Due to the unisex sizing, I suppose. it might be very slightly on the small side, but the medium worked OK for me.
