This is a great Microwave. It’s plenty big on the inside and it’s easy to keep clean. It’s gray on the inside instead of white and that helps because you can’t see every little spot that gets on it. It gets very hot so for a lot of stuff I have to decrease the cook time or the food will be overcooked. It’s really big on the inside but doesn’t take up much more room than a regular size microwave. The pull handle is easier on my problematic wrist than a push opener would have been. I like this microwave in spite of the somewhat inadequate manual. There are no directions for Timed Cook and one has to deduce that one has to push the Power button once and then set the time duration for cooking. Once I was able to remove the Child Lock (the sequence had to be done twice to be effective), I found this microwave to be very suitable even though it is a bit noisy (including the opening and closing of the door) and the buttons are a bit difficult to push. ... show more

Loved it until it broke within 3 wks of receiving it. I didnt like the un-needed childlock that is very easily triggered but I thought i will just have to deal with it. Today the child lock would not unlock no matter how many times instructions are followed. The door is now loose but will not open, even after unplugging unit. The inside light is permanently on. My old eyes with their AMD need good contrast. Really odd that most of the pictures of the microwave oven show an easy-to-read panel - white text or numbers on black., For me, it was so dim (grey on black) that I had to use a small flashlight to see which button to push. I thought there was a setting to light the panel, but the manual did not describe one. Chatted with product support who said there was no way to make the text and numbers brighter. I am returning it. . Luckily this is available in white, like my old microwave. Not as modern-looking as the stainless steel, but I can use it better. There are so many older people,. I got this in white and am generally very satisfied with it. It is large enough for a dinner plate or mid-sized casserole. Heating time was very good. The panel was simple without a lot of extra buttons that i REALLY appreciate.. On the negative side, it only has one dim lightbulb so the interior so it's difficult to see items when they are cooking. The instructions manual did not give any directions on how to set the clock.
