I purchased this display case in July 2024. It is absolutely beautiful and relatively easy to put together. I damaged a piece of the case when putting it together. I contacted the seller, explained my problem, and he immediately sent me a replacement for the part I broke. FedEx damaged the part and could not complete the delivery. This happened two more times. Finally, the fourth time this wonderful company shipped me the part FedEx delivered it. If you need a display case you need to make your purchase through this company. Not only will you get a beautiful case but you will deal with an outstanding company whose customer service is beyond great. You will not regret your purchase. This item was very flimsy. Poorly made parts do not work as they are supposed and the shelves holders do not hold the shelves. it is a hazards for children. parts do not go on it as supposed too.

This cabinet is very nice. Instructions are clear and assembly is not difficult. Once assembled, the unit is stable, shelves are secure. I have no worries that my collectibles are safe or not. I really like that it is glass all around to allow for full view of items inside. This was packed expertly! The glass pieces are plastic wrapped together then sandwiched between 1.5 inches of styrofoam. All of that is surrounded by dense impact-absorbing foam rubber and then surrounded by plywood and inside a cardboard box. One thing I was nervous about when ordering was the potential for broken glass, but the company has provided as much protection as you can I think. Great cabinet, great packaging. Great quality, packaging was great. Comes in two boxes. The glass are labeled in numbers so you’ll know what part to pick up. U deff need two people to help assemble it. I took a bit longer due to taking breaks lol. But it came out amazing.

Now that the cabinet is finished, it looks nice. The instructions are fine, but could be more clear in a few places. We definitely needed two people for parts of the assembly, so it took 3 evenings to finish. Completed it feels sturdy and will make a great Lego cabinet. It came with a little flathead screwdriver, but pictured a Philips and the screws needed a Philips, fine we have one. The supplies were missing 1 nut, but we were able to skip one in a less critical area & will probably sub one from the hardware store. The door stoppers on the bottom stick up too high so the doors don’t close properly and the lock doesn’t fit. I’m done messing with the cabinet, but I’m sure some minor modifications would fix this issue. I chose this cabinet rather that similar ones due to the delivery window and hoping it would arrive early in the window so I could build it over the weekend. At first it was on schedule, but Thursday changed to Monday delivery on the last day of the window. Monday, a big heave box arrived and we were ready to start, but this box was only the side panels of glass. The item was marked as delivered in my account so I contacted customer service. This actually ships in two boxes and apparently the 2nd box got held up in customs or something and arrived two days later, but still considered on time by Amazon customer service since the first package was the only one being tracked. ... show more

My wife and I assembled this in about an hour (we are in our 70's if that makes a difference). Delivery was in two large wood reinforced boxes. The most difficult part was getting them in the house - they are bulky and HEAVY. Parts are clearly labeled and instructions are easy to follow - similar to IKEA if you have any experience with that sort of thing. My only objection is the use of a keyed lock to keep the doors closed. I would have preferred an option for magnetic closures at top and bottom. I skipped the key-lock mechanism entirely and rely on the bottom magnetic closure to keep the doors closed. I would get another exactly like this if I needed more display space. One other quirk is lighting. There is no way to easily route a power cord into the inside without drilling a hole in the base or top. Also no way to hide the cord running from top to bottom. I opted for battery powered LED puck lights with a wireless remote - adequate but not as bright as a plug-in setup. Would be nice if that option was available. ... show more
