Contacted the seller and they are sending a replacement even though I offered to try a new battery and charger. So, if you’ve been thinking about getting one you should. The media could not be loaded. well worth the money for your toddler!! No assembly required and the battery life is great! There is not a break pedal so that’s the only downside but this thing picks up speed and whips around! My son loves driving it around our house and outside! It does not do so well on carpet. I accidentally left it outside during a rainstorm and it still works so quality is great too!
