*Updated* Kudos to customer support for seeing my complaints on review and offering a refund or replacement. I like this product concept and function set, even though I did not think my problem was a "broken" unit, I opted to get a new one. Much to my surprise the new one does inflate an empty bike tire (no back pressure). I suspect that it is a software mode problem. The old one works well for my car, since those are never down to zero psi. Pros: love the hardware. Great support. Cons: The UI is not as simple as it should be. The instructions glaring inconsistencies like displaying the ⊝ symbol instead of ⊕ (Reset: Press and hold ↺ ⊝ Press Mode and plus key) *Original Review* It will not start pumping until it detects back pressure! It worked at home. But it did not work six months later, patching an inner tube on the side of the road. Luckily I had Internet, but the directions are terrible and did not help. Walked six miles home. If I blow into the hose it will start, but then I am fighting trying to screw it on while it running. I can't believe the design is so bad as to not support a totally empty tire. Or they just hid the "start anyway" button (yes, I tried triple clicking with my left pinky while bouncing circles on my right leg). Or the directions are just horrible, so it again earns zero stars.

I have an annoying tire (should return it) where it wont hold it's air without needing to fill every week. From 12 psi back up to 32 psi with room left over to top off my other tires. No dragging around a heavy compressor and no more trips to the gas station on a weekly basis to pay for air. It's lightweight, small, yet does the job it needs to do! I very much appreciate that I can set the inflator to 32 PSI, Screw it on, tap to start and walk away. Unit fills tire and shuts off at 32 psi so for that one pesky tire, I don't have to stand there and watch. Seems to fill 1 psi per 3 seconds or less in cold temperature. Very happy with my order!

For a bike tire, especially if you're riding a comfort bike and not worried much about weight, this thing is pretty perfect. I've always had hassles getting a good secure fit on pumps with a quick release valve. This one, for North American valves, screws on like the valve cover. Very secure, very easy. I run slightly fat tires (2.5") and to hit 45# in each one took about 90 seconds. Filling both tires didn't even use up one bar. It's loud, you should expect that. It's a compressor. They are just loud. It's also not for someone aiming for a super light kit. I think Co2 fill kits will always win for weight. But if you're a commuter or riding an ebike short distances you're probably not super worried about weight. Now for car tires, I think a compressor that runs off the auxiliary or the battery is going to just do a better job for the same money. You don't need a battery powered one if you're driving a generator around. Motorcycle tires, I have no opinion. Easy to use, works as expected. Only missing one star because I think they are reaching for a market they cannot fully service in some applications.

I gave this to my husband for a Christmas gift. We have not yet had an opportunity to use it. I will write another review when I have used it. I purchased this compressor because we are in the pool a lot in the summer and the grandkids blow up floats are always needing air. I think this will work great so we can take it with us to the pool and one-two-three fill the floats in no time!

Got this for bicycles & motorcycles; my second Fanttik purchase. Best on the market, with a strong battery. I can easily recharge 2 motorcycles and bicycles & still have half or more battery remaining. A bit heavy but easily packable to take in a backpack. Comes with a soft case and accessories. Hose is short but that's good for my use(easier to navigate around motorcycle disc brakes). Got it @ a discount - well worth the cost!

Frankly, I was really skeptical at first about this pump. How could something that small, could be any good with tire pressure?... But, based on all good reviews I still wanted to try it out, and I don’t regret it. Pump will come with a bunch of useful accessories, such as various adapter to help inflate bike tires, balls and even air mattress. They also included a nice velvety storage/transportation pouch that fits everything. Device is rechargeable, which removes the need of buying batteries all the time. So far with a full charge, and after using the pump on my Honda Civic and my Ford truck’s tires, the device still has plenty of battery left. With the lack of functioning tire pressure machine in gas station, and when they work, they usually cost money as well, I think that this portable air pump is definitely something really useful you can leave in your car until it’s needed. In my testing, the device only needed a few seconds to go from 29 PSI to 30 PSI (on my Honda Civic), and only one minute to go from 42 PSI to 45 PSI on my truck. In each case, the pump will automatically stop when it reaches the programmed value. Only two down side of this pump, was the very (8 inches) short pipe that comes with it, and also the fact that the LCD screen is not super bright and thus, could be hard to read under sunlight.
