Pretty good product. Assembly was easy. I did it by myself. Make sure that you put the top on before you install the legs. It is much easier than trying to do after it is elevated. Also, you get enough of the little bungies, but you have to use one bungie to secure the roof and wall holes where they line up or you will run out of them. We will see how the unit holds up during the first storm with any real wind. Also, I staked mine down with the paracord provided, but I did not use the screw in stakes. Make sure your package has all items. Mine didn't, but the company made good and shipped them quickly for an event we were hosting. Just to be clear, the top and side walls are grey tarp material, not quite like the picture, but still completely functional. It was very easy to set-up.
