I usually only write reviews when I am dissatisfied with a product, but this shampoo and conditioner are amazing. I was shocked by how well it worked, after just one use. My hair was badly yellowed at the back of my head from my well water. After keeping the shampoo in my hair for 5 minutes and the conditioner for 3 minutes, the yellow is dramatically neutralized. I ordered this after a lot of research and tutorials on the best purple shampoos. So many people have gotten AMAZING results from this stuff, so I decided to give it a try! I have 100% natural light ash blonde hair with 100% natural highlights (yes... I'm one of the 2% population of the world with NATURAL blonde hair ;-) !!!), so I wasn't sure how well it would work with natural hair color since my hair has never been lightened, and since there were no reviews with natural blondes using it. 1) I put the No Yellow shampoo on my dry hair, although I did use a spray bottle to dampen my hair once the shampoo was in since I couldn't get it lather up and distribute evenly through my hair. It is pretty concentrated, so it probably works best for most people with longer hair to use on damp hair since it takes a lot of product to coat dry hair (which is what I'm going to have to start doing since I have very long hair which takes a TON of product!). Once my hair was fully coated I twisted it into a bun on top of my head and covered with a shower cap. I left it in for about 5 minutes then washed it out. 2) After towel drying my hair about 80% dry I put in the No Yellow Mask and left it in a bun with a shower cap on for a little over 5 minutes. I rinsed thoroughly in the shower. The results were amazing! The mask made my hair SOOO soft and tamed! The shampoo and mask are VERY pigmented... my hands were slightly stained, but scrubbed of in the shower with a washcloth. The products did not leave any purple tint on my hair... so I will leave the products in my hair even longer next time! I will definitely keep buying these products!

Of course, you should always read all the reviews for a product before purchasing and let me just tell you, YOU HAVE TO BUY THIS! 1. This product smells like STRAIGHT a$$, BUT it is probably one of the most AMAZING purple shampoos I've ever used before and I've been a fake blonde for about 4 years now, so I've been through them all at this point. 2. It WILL dye your skin purple (on your hands and arms, but not ears, back or neck - shampoo got on my arm for about 30 seconds and my arm had a purple tint to it), so to resolve this issue I bought disposable rubber gloves with mine to keep my hands from turning purple. My hair is silver blonde with a shadow roots (it helps with the maintenance of the blonde a little bit better considering my hair is deep brunette and my roots would show a week later). After one use of the shampoo and mask (conditioner) (I left them both on for about a minute) I noticed my roots were a tad bit lighter, so I decided to experiment a few days later and leave them in for the full 5 minutes each as directed on the bottles, and wow..just wow! My hair has a slight purple tint in some of the lighter strands and my roots are now a caramel color! I just dyed my roots an espresso color about 3 weeks ago...I am amazed!! WOW!!! After ONLY 2 uses of the shampoo and mask, it changed the color of my roots immensely!! I'll be 100% honest with you, the smell is a little gross, BUT there is always a solution for that! To help with it, I used my Wella Fusionplex mask (same concept as Olaplax - helps strengthen your hair after bleaching it but you don't have to wash your hair after using it - you can just rinse) and you couldn't smell the shampoo or mask anymore. It is definitely a toner shampoo and conditioner with a very poor choice in perfume to try and mask the smell. Let me just tell you ladies and gents, do yourself a HUGE favor and BUY this product. I am so impressed and will stick with this shampoo and conditioner for quite sometime! I do not use this product every single time I wash my hair, I do switch on and off with other products. I don't know how it will affect you to use it daily, and I do not plan on finding out either. 100% honest here people - BUY THE PRODUCT!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET YOUR CHOICE TO DO SO! And it is CRAZZZZY cheap for what the product is.

I was really surprised at the quality of this product, I usually use Pureology, Redken and other salon quality brands , I have not seen this in the US except online so I ordered to try it out and it’s very pigmented and the shampoo and mask don’t dry your hair out or make it feel sticky or coated with product , I do use a normal conditioner after using the mask to help remove the purple color , you do have to rinse this very well , I have natural blonde/ white hair with dark color mixed and the darker color turns brassy on my also , this does help

I researched Fanola for weeks before making this purchase. I watched a lot of YouTube reviews to find the best purple shampoo out there. Fanola has definitely been the best I’ve tried. I’m a natural blonde, but I’ve been dying my hair since I was 13. I like to go back and forth from red hair to blonde, which is one of the hardest things to do since red really likes to stick to blonde hair. (You’d think I’d learn..lol!) This last February I received a full head of highlights to try to pull as much red from my hair as possible. While it did make me blonde I still had many warm undertones and red pieces left. Fanola has basically removed all yellow tones from my hair. There’s still a couple warm, ginger pieces but I figured they’re might be. (I plan on trying to no orange to see if it helps with that.) I left the shampoo on for about 3 minutes and the mask on for about 5 (I was worried about overtoning my hair). But it came out so much better than expected! I’m going to experiment with leaving it on longer to see if that helps those extremely ginger pieces of hair. Definitely worth the money. Smells good, reminds of me pixie sticks. Doesn’t leave my hair dried out like some purple shampoos and conditioners do.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Must-Have for Blondes or Grey hair✨ Fanola No Yellow Shampoo and Conditioner Mask are total lifesavers for keeping my blonde bright and cool-toned. The shampoo is super pigmented and instantly cancels out yellow and brassy tones. The conditioner mask is rich, hydrating, and leaves my hair soft and shiny without weighing it down. I use them once or twice a week, and my color looks salon-fresh every time. Just be sure to wear gloves—this stuff is powerful! If you want icy, fresh blonde or silver hair, this duo is a must. Absolutely will purchase again, however the packaging needs to be changed.
