The media could not be loaded. They are a little pricier but If you end up buying them I bet you won’t regret it. They are super sturdy with a great finish on them. Super smooth and a beautiful color. They stack very well and have good quality for them to last. The sizes are perfect with the bowls being my favorite. I love a good bowl!

The plates have a hefty weight, so I believe this will last a long time. I like the lip, for I like to pour salsa/enchilada sauce over my food. Only time will tell how the color will hold up over repeated washing (other plates I have bought in the past have had a problem with soap/water residue/stains). I hope these continue to look as great as they do now. Only time will tell.

Hard to see how bad the scratches are on just the thumbnails. So, I suggest you magnify the pictures. We've only had these dishes for a couple of months. We don't use them daily, we use paper plates more often than not, since its just my husband and me. It's clear to see that they are NOT scratch resistant. I mean, you do usually use a knife to cut your food! When I used them in the microwave, never more than a minute, they are too hot to take out without an oven mitt. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! LOOK ELSEWHERE BTW: Just bought a similiar set from Costco, same price, great reviews.

I bought these dishes because I was tired of scrubbing those silver streaks left by my silverware on my light blue dishes. I was NOT disappointed. They are really pretty cool looking. They are less expensive than the same plates at Pottery Barn. I bought the dark grey with black spots. Really pretty! They are dishwasher and microwave friendly. I now use them every day and save my lighter colored dishes for holidays.
