A good quality product but lack of good technical instruction, they provide everything except good label, colorful pictures or video. It will be helpful for adaptors and snap. Oh my god this is the day legitimately does it all. Not only are you able to wash your booty with a nice warm spray that you choose the temperature of but you're also able to blow dry it with a nice warm or cool mist of air to make sure it's nice and dry too. But wait there's more if it's cold and you need a nice warm seat to sit on, just go ahead and turn it on and have it set to the temperature that you want and no matter Winter or outside it'll be nice and toasty. ... show more

    • Wish installation instructions were more clear.
Installation I was able to figure out, I just wish the instructions would be more complete and offer more clarity. After testing it out, two more things that I wish were different: I wish the beep was optional (don't understand the purpose), and I also wish the air dryer was more functional - it takes too long to dry and it's not very effective. Outside of these things, the seat works as expected. My favorite feature is the warm seat :) ... show more

    • Can be tricky to install. toilet. You need a wall outlet by the toilet. It's ok but unsightly.
I just had major surgery and thought this would be ideal. It is for me. I can adjust the water pressure if I want. It heats to the right temperature and air dries. It's easy to clean. My son in law installed it for me. My daughter tried it before md to be sure it would not hurt. Big smile on her face. ... show more

    • Was good when it worked.
Took a little time to install. When 8 had it installed correctly, it worked well until is stopped working. The directions were misplaced (women with dementia in home) and due to no online troubleshooting document it has been acting as just a regular EXPENSIVE toilet seat. Dissapointed customer 😑

Saw many review says it’s easy to install but because of structure of our bathroom we needed super to help install it. Great value for the price now we can’t live without it !!
