My wife and I use these routinely in our senior exercise class. Much easier to use than elastic bands. Each band has a different resistance so you can pick the band for your specific exercise. These bands do not bunch up like elastic bands, and they do not "walk" since they have a couple of lines of rubber-like material on the inside surface to keep them in place. I haven't tried washing them yet but they appear to be easily washed by hand or machine, and I'd probably air-dry instead of machine-dry to maintain elasticity longer. They were reasonably priced and since the bands are each a different strength my wife used a lighter band and I a thicker band. The variety of bands I found useful.

I really like these exercise band made of fabric: I have used the medium and its resistance looks very good. In general they all look great, differente colors to quickly distinguish them, tick, solid fabric that seems to be made to last, differently from other products. Each band has its own plastic bag, and there is also a black bag to use to bring them around. A little flyer suggests some exercises and provide clear instructions on how to wash them. No smell, excellent feeling when touching them. I would add that the price/quality is really good!

When I first received the bads, I wasn't sure that I liked them. I was heavily considering returning them. The Xtra light band seemed to be extremely light. The light band seemed considerably heavy considering the extra light band. I decided to continue using them. I love the fabric and that they have the non slip grips on the inside and they don't roll up like the others do. I also love the color scheme. I am a plus size woman. I was really concerned that the bands would not be big enough for my big thighs. The seem to work for me. But for some bigger then me, they may be too small. So far I'm only able to use the smaller sizes. As I loose weight I'm hoping to move up in strength. It would however be nice if they made some bigger bands with the same strength level for plus size people. The bands came in a nice clear bag. Also in the bag was a cute little black bag for the bands. I have been keeping mine out in the clear bag, since I'm not traveling with them. At the back of the instruction there is an email address you can email for a 52 page exercise guide. I emailed them and was sent the guide. I haven't printed it out yet. But I'm excited to get to work. This is a great set if bands and in glad that I made the purchase.

Unable to use. The bands themselves are a stretchy fabric, which I probably could have uses, but there are rubber gathering pieces on the inner area that are definitely rubber. They seem really high quality and very durable. I'm sure they'll be great for someone, but I unfortunately had to send them back.

These are so much better than the rubber bands. Those fold up and cut into your skin. These are soft and comfortable. I love the different resistance strengths too. You can actually put one on and just walk around the house all day and feel it working!

I had spine surgery in August and am now in physical therapy. My PT recommended these bands for home use. Not as heavy as those my PT uses in the office, but quite acceptable for home use. There are 5 bands labeled from X-light to X-heavy. As you can see in the photo, I've only used the first three strengths so far. It come with a heavy plastic zip-slide-close bag that holds all the bands and a smaller black pull-string bag (I use to hold the bands I'm currently using). There is also a small leaflet with a description of 9 exercises with accompanying photos for the use of the bands, and care instructions. PLUS an offer for after-sales service: a PDF file of 52 exercises if you email them - which I did and which I received. Wow!
