These are great, incredibly effective workout tools! The five-pack meant I could keep the bands I wanted and my sister could take the ones she liked. They come with a small drawstring bag which keeps them organized, and a little instruction/workout pamphlet. They stay put on my skin and on my clothes, no rolling or irritation from the grippy material. Level 1 (green) is very stretchy, offering little resistance. It would probably be helpful if you're just starting out. Level 2 (pink) is gentle but good for slightly more strength. I use this as a warm up band. Level 3 (purple) is easily my favourite. It's strong but not a struggle to use. I use this one most of the time. Level 4 (grey) is tough, noticable less stretchy than 3. This is the "heaviest" band I can see myself using, but I do see myself using it. Level 5 (black) is wildly strong, with very little stretch. I'm pretty strong, and it barely moves whether I use my legs or my hands/arms. I can't see myself using this one - except maybe to hold something together lol

I really like these exercise band made of fabric: I have used the medium and its resistance looks very good. In general they all look great, differente colors to quickly distinguish them, tick, solid fabric that seems to be made to last, differently from other products. Each band has its own plastic bag, and there is also a black bag to use to bring them around. A little flyer suggests some exercises and provide clear instructions on how to wash them. No smell, excellent feeling when touching them. I would add that the price/quality is really good!

These bands are fabulous. Strong quality and stretch. I wanted some that wouldn't roll when doing leg day. These are perfect and I love the variety of resistance. Paid the same price as others that only had 3 bands. For the thickness and rollability, these are a great value.

I have been doing lateral hip abductions with no resistance for a few months now. 2 sets of 10 reps on each leg with the gray resistance band feels like a solid workout, so that is what I use. The black one is very tough for me, 2 sets of 10 is just barely doable. So I'm setting that one aside for now until my strength improves. The resistance on the other bands is just too light and I don't think I will use them. I wish they sold a set with just gray and black.
