My wife and I use these routinely in our senior exercise class. Much easier to use than elastic bands. Each band has a different resistance so you can pick the band for your specific exercise. These bands do not bunch up like elastic bands, and they do not "walk" since they have a couple of lines of rubber-like material on the inside surface to keep them in place. I haven't tried washing them yet but they appear to be easily washed by hand or machine, and I'd probably air-dry instead of machine-dry to maintain elasticity longer. They were reasonably priced and since the bands are each a different strength my wife used a lighter band and I a thicker band. The variety of bands I found useful.

I have been using these bands to complete my physical therapy at home. I do use the pink one most frequently. These resistance bands are of good quality. They are very sturdy and made from good material. Resistance levels are perfect for me. I do recomment these to anyone who needs this type of resistance product.

Unable to use. The bands themselves are a stretchy fabric, which I probably could have uses, but there are rubber gathering pieces on the inner area that are definitely rubber. They seem really high quality and very durable. I'm sure they'll be great for someone, but I unfortunately had to send them back.

These are great, incredibly effective workout tools! The five-pack meant I could keep the bands I wanted and my sister could take the ones she liked. They come with a small drawstring bag which keeps them organized, and a little instruction/workout pamphlet. They stay put on my skin and on my clothes, no rolling or irritation from the grippy material. Level 1 (green) is very stretchy, offering little resistance. It would probably be helpful if you're just starting out. Level 2 (pink) is gentle but good for slightly more strength. I use this as a warm up band. Level 3 (purple) is easily my favourite. It's strong but not a struggle to use. I use this one most of the time. Level 4 (grey) is tough, noticable less stretchy than 3. This is the "heaviest" band I can see myself using, but I do see myself using it. Level 5 (black) is wildly strong, with very little stretch. I'm pretty strong, and it barely moves whether I use my legs or my hands/arms. I can't see myself using this one - except maybe to hold something together lol

Why does anyone still use rubber resistance bands? They roll down, they cut into you, they snap — and when they snap, you are probably wearing minimal clothes and not expecting it. Thick fabric doesn't roll, doesn't cut, and isn't going to pop you. These stay flat on the skin through movement, which is the one thing rubber consistently fails to do. Five resistance levels means you're not buying a separate set for every workout intensity. And they're washable, so you're not just replacing them every few months when the rubber finally gives out.
