I love a kneaded eraser. These are the best I have used. They are easy to use and very pliable. I have experienced several brands and these answer the need every time. I watercolor so reducing pencil marks are a must and just rolling this eraser over them lightens perfectly. The plastic case is nice to use for travel. When I need to totally erase this eraser cleans it up with little effort and no wear of the paper. I have also found they last a long time. This eraser works well for everyday school and office use. It removes pencil marks cleanly without smudging the paper too much, which is important for neat notes and drawings. This is my first kneadable eraser and I cannot now imagine not having it now that I have experienced it. I have only used it on mixed media paper for dry media...have never seen damage caused to the paper. You can use to simply lift or lighten pencil marks or completely erase them.
