Super excited to get this new toy for my puppy. The excitement ended quickly.. Pics show dog tugging on toy with owner. Not realistic. This toy lasted less than 30 seconds before my puppy ripped a hole in it's belly. $ down the drain. Quality made product. Could be a great toy for a child. Just not tough enough for animals. Updated - Fabdog customer service contacted me. Resolved the problem. Giving a couple more stars because I think good customer service is something missing from most companies these days. I'd do business with them again.
