After a lot of researching, humming and hawing, I finally pulled the trigger on this machine. If you read the bad reviews, it appeared to me that most problems were with not following the directions or improper handing by the customer. I do not represent the company in any way shape or form. It took me only a few minutes to put this machine together, Maybe they've do some improvements, but it was really easy. I was up and running in about five minutes. The press is already set to have a fair amount of pressure on the press, so there was no need for me to set the pressure. I made adjustments just to understand how the machine works. The key pad controls slide into a mounting bracket on the side of the swivel arm. I do advise to read the very simple operations manual before setting up your temperature and time settings. took me a second to figure it out, but it's real easy. I followed the instruction on my HTV, set the machine to the recommended settings, and vola... 15 seconds later, my first shirt was done. It came out perfect. Then I made eight more shirts all came out perfect so far. Recommendations to using this machine. Before using, let the iron get up to temperature and wait 15 minutes for the entire element to heat evenly. Make sure that you read the recommended heat and time settings for the vinyl you're using. Pressure should be firm, but not hard. I think a lot of problems people are having is that the over tighten the press pressure. I have not used the hat press or the plate or cup accessories. I will update my review when I do. 2/18/21 Okay, I've been using this machine for several months now. I've uses all the attachments and I have to say I'm very happy with this heat press. I've learned that you need to understand how each attachment works before using. The only attachment that I've had trouble with is the hat press. It's not a machine issue, but rather the type of hat that I was using. I really had to wrestle the hat into place and make sure the HTV did not move. Once I figured out how to place the hat on the attachment, no problems at all. I'm really impressed with the cup press. I'm not sure why there are a few bad reviews other than operator error.

This was the second heat press I purchased after I tried the Cricut brand heat press. I did a ton of research and finally landed on this one as being the best quality for the price. I absolutely love it!! The only issue is that the timer on ours doesn’t work. It supposed to initiate as soon as you lock the heat press down but it doesn’t. It’s not a big deal tho I just keep track of the timing myself. One other drawback was the instructions. They’re roughly translated into English and were not proofed by a native english speaker so some parts of the instruction don’t make any sense at all, and they’re very vague surface instructions at that. The machine itself isn’t hard to use but without the instructions, there’s really no way to troubleshoot if you have an issue and It would definitely make the machine easier to put together and use if the instructions made sense.

Pros: This machine heats evenly and the pressure is even too. I like the more compact size, the swing away, and the pull out tray. Cons: The timer does not work, and the instructions are translated badly and difficult to understand. I found a YouTube clip of someone using the same machine, and that helped. This is the 2nd brand I have tried. The timer issue wasn’t important enough for me to return since I was otherwise happy with the quality.

I LOVE my heat press! I have had it almost a year and I use it almost every single day. It heats up quickly and is easy to use. The attachments are easy to swap out and work well. I had a slight issue with it when the temp box wouldn’t turn on BUT the customer service was FANTASTIC! They replaced the temp box within a very short period of time. I read up on the heat presses before I bought them and wiring issues were reported over and over again on just about every machine so I am THRILLED that the company was so helpful!! This machine was in the top 3 presses I read about online. I would recommend to a friend!

!!!UPDATE!!! Seller did reach out and is working to help me resolve the issue! I did see others who said they messaged seller and got no response and I thought maybe that was gonna happen to me also but I checked my messages and had a response! Amazon didn’t give me any form of notification that he had responded so I would urge others who said they didn’t respond to check messages! A list of the issues I’ve experienced. All the shirts I have made with this press except a few have been ruined due to the temp not being accurate. When I turn the swing away arm to the side it sounds like grinding metal and yes I know about the pressure knob and no matter where it’s at it does the same thing. Even with the temperature being off it’s not even consistent. The bottom will be attached to the shirt and the top will barely be hanging on. I’ve messaged seller to try to see how we can resolve the issue because I feel like it’s a lot of money for a product that’s not even durable. No response. I had read many reviews and they were very mixed which you get that anywhere but what made me purchase was the review on troytube. I wish I didn’t. For people just getting into the hobby and looking to buy a press, make sure you do your research first and always trust the majority on written reviews. Many video reviews the manufacturer sends it to them so their group of followers will purchase it but not many of the reviews show what it’s like after actually using it for awhile, they only show that ONE initial set up and then they probably just store it and use the one they actually like or give it away because who would want to send anyone a free press if their previous videos say how a product was bad. Fingers crossed someone reaches out to help me.
