I LOVE my heat press! I have had it almost a year and I use it almost every single day. It heats up quickly and is easy to use. The attachments are easy to swap out and work well. I had a slight issue with it when the temp box wouldn’t turn on BUT the customer service was FANTASTIC! They replaced the temp box within a very short period of time. I read up on the heat presses before I bought them and wiring issues were reported over and over again on just about every machine so I am THRILLED that the company was so helpful!!     • I'm pretty happy with this Heat Press.
After a lot of researching, humming and hawing, I finally pulled the trigger on this machine. If you read the bad reviews, it appeared to me that most problems were with not following the directions or improper handing by the customer. I do not represent the company in any way shape or form. It took me only a few minutes to put this machine together, Maybe they've do some improvements, but it was really easy. I was up and running in about five minutes. The press is already set to have a fair amount of pressure on the press, so there was no need for me to set the pressure. I made adjustments just to understand how the machine works. The key pad controls slide into a mounting bracket on the side of the swivel arm. I do advise to read the very simple operations manual before setting up your temperature and time settings. took me a second to figure it out, but it's real easy. I followed the instruction on my HTV, set the machine to the recommended settings, and vola... 15 seconds later, my first shirt was done. It came out perfect. Then I made eight more shirts all came out perfect so far. Recommendations to using this machine. Before using, let the iron get up to temperature and wait 15 minutes for the entire element to heat evenly. Make sure that you read the recommended heat and time settings for the vinyl you're using. Pressure should be firm, but not hard. I think a lot of problems people are having is that the over tighten the press pressure. I have not used the hat press or the plate or cup accessories. I will update my review when I do. 2/18/21 Okay, I've been using this machine for several months now. I've uses all the attachments and I have to say I'm very happy with this heat press. I've learned that you need to understand how each attachment works before using. The only attachment that I've had trouble with is the hat press. It's not a machine issue, but rather the type of hat that I was using. I really had to wrestle the hat into place and make sure the HTV did not move. Once I figured out how to place the hat on the attachment, no problems at all. I'm really impressed with the cup press.     • Great machine, but lacking in some areas.
This was the second heat press I purchased after I tried the Cricut brand heat press. I did a ton of research and finally landed on this one as being the best quality for the price. I absolutely love it!! The only issue is that the timer on ours doesn’t work. It supposed to initiate as soon as you lock the heat press down but it doesn’t. It’s not a big deal tho I just keep track of the timing myself. One other drawback was the instructions. They’re roughly translated into English and were not proofed by a native english speaker so some parts of the instruction don’t make any sense at all, and they’re very vague surface instructions at that. The machine itself isn’t hard to use but without the instructions, there’s really no way to troubleshoot if you have an issue and It would definitely make the machine easier to put together and use if the instructions made sense. ... show more

    • Worked for 4 months then stopped turning on
At first I was hesitant because this is a 5 in 1 versus buying a dedicated heat press. I made the jump and bought this mainly because of the price point. Pros: I like the swivel action, pretty smooth. Easy pressure knob adjuster. Easy to setup. Cons: Regardless of the pressure setting it was obvious during a 65 shirt order that the pressure isn't distributed evenly. The place mat gets more pressure toward the front and less towards the back (closest to the rear bar and swivel). I took a break at the end of this order, turned off the press and when I returned the machine wouldn't turn on. I bought this in 11/2023 and it pooped out 3/2023. Not even 6 months! I messaged the seller and will update this review once/if I hear back. 3/24/23 Update: Seller actually got back to me and sent a replacement control box. I'm back up and running. I had seen someone else's review stating to check your messages inbox and yup, their reply was there. No notification pops up, so be sure to check.     • Great heat press for the money
I was a bit skeptical when ordering this product. It is easy to set up, very simple, works perfectly, no issues at all. Instructions were a bit vague but I found for most tee shirts 355 for 20 seconds works great with parchment paper. I’m very happy with my purchase and the great value.

Good quality heat press, awesome costumer service, had a problem with the mug press, contacted them and they reply the next day and send me a whole piece of the mug press not only the heat mat. I recommend it.

My husband talked me into buying this, and I am so happy he did. It is my favorite new toy! It is easy to use, and works great! I did find it annoying that the instructions were useless, but there is a channel on YouTube called "Troy tube" that has a video all about how to use this machine and its attachments. ... show more
