This heat press is just what I expected for the price, cheap but does the job. When you tight the knob firmly, the knob is to close to the hot metal and it melts after few uses. The heat pad in my broke no much after I purchased as well. Still does my 11oz mug well. If you do mugs for fun or no too high volume this machine will do the job. I also purchased 12oz mugs since the machine comes with an extra attachment for this, but you need to make sure that you are buying certain kind of 12oz mugs, not all will do because the base of the mug. I wasn't not aware of this and purchase some 12oz mugs that won't work for this machines. I wish the manufacture would have recommended where to get the kind of mug that works or be more specific. ... show more

Super fast arrival, well packaged. Instructions were a bit weak but easy figured out. This is for standard sized coffee cups, it's not made for jumbo sized quart java vessels so make sure you know what you want to do with it. Works very fast,heats up quickly ( This device generates high temps so pay attention so your dont go derpy derp and grab the heating element) ... show more

    • Some flaws
I got the machine and didn’t use it until a couple of weeks after. It had been sitting on my desk with nothing the damage it. When I used it for the first time, the heated part of the cup sleeve was already falling off from the metal sleeve. When I tried to change the regular sleeve to the angled sleeve one of the screws was already stripped (like it had been a returned product and someone already tried to unscrew it with issues) with some finessing I was finally able to remove the screw and change the sleeve. The angled sleeve does not work for shorter mugs as it is not tight enough and the mug slips out. It first best for tall mugs. The beeping is non stop and there isn’t a way to make it stop(at least that I’m aware) unless you set a timer, even if you’re not pressing anything and just prepping, in which it then beeps when the timer is off so you’d have to reset the time again if you’re still not ready to press. Otherwise the heating and pressing aspect works great so far. ... show more
