First off, all these Chinese recliners are pretty much the same. I bought two different faux leather recliners and they were identical in every way. Pros: came fast easy to put together. cons: very small, I'm 5'10 and it feels like a kids recliner. The foot does not come up very far. heating is barely noticeable. The cushioning is very hard. THE BIG ONE, if you want to return it YOU are responsible for shipping costs back at what was going to cost me over $200 Save your money and get a better brand like ashley or lazyboy. ... show more

The chair arrived in 2 separate boxes and unfortunately, part of the order arrived too late, but I believe it was a Fed Ex issue - not the seller, and I found another recliner that was delivered much quicker. This chair is great for Small spaces, but the seat was a bit hard. Not sure if it would soften over time. Delivery of carrier just took too long. ... show more

Be careful when ordering this chair. 1). It looks bigger than is really is. I am 6' and my feet hang off the end of the foot rest. Also, it is not wide at all, my arms at my sides while laying back have no movement room between my body and the inner chair arms. 2). There are places in the seat where my legs rest that (according to the seller) the motors in the chair are felt. To me it feels like springs pushing up creating uncomfortable hard objects. My thought was that there was a flaw or damage that caused this however the seller said that is the way it is supposed to be. If that is correct I am either stuck with a $500.00 chair that is unusable or I will need to return it. 3). Be aware that even as a Prime Member, even though the chair may be returned you are responsible for the shipping cost of over $200.00 and a major hassle of re-packaging the chair (2 large heavy boxes) and getting them to the shipping location (you will need a truck and help lifting them). I am now over $700.00 into this chair. 4). The seller did respond quickly to the request for a return shipping label however I was challenged throughout the message conversation regarding what I believed to be damage, even sending photos. They suggested that I "try this feature on our massage control board". I am unsure what that means. I do not recommend this product and am not satisfied with the seller. ... show more
