These 40 grit flap disks work amazingly! They grind the welds down in no time at all. I really like the design and material uses. Especially how it's shaped for using the outer edge for getting in to corners and also grinding down welds on the flat surface without taking away the base metal of the piece I am working on. I feel they are a great quality product. I highly recommend these for your metal working needs. They cut down imperfections with ease. I feel they have good value for the money. I order the 40 grit specifically. Not sure if they offer other grits. But I also only need the 40 grit for what I'm doing.

These discs are pretty cost effective. They cut very well at first, but seem to lose some of their bite after a few minutes. But they do work, and the seem to last well enough, too. I will definitely be getting more.

I have used this type of flap disc for many many years. Everywhere you buy them they are expensive. I thought I would try this out. I have zero complaints. They last just as long as any other brand I have used and cut just as good. I now have bought several orders of these. The value is wonderful.

Yeah, it eats like a hog at first, but you will literally wear it out to a 1000 grit polishing pad in one 20v battery. I'm not throwing them away, but I'm not buying em again.
