I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the handle came with a few indentations and scratch marks on it (see pictures). Other than that the bar is well made and easy to use. Comes with around 6 inches of wire cord and quick clips that are easy to attach. This is perfect for 2 handed bicep curls, preacher curls, tricep skull crushers, reverse grip skull crushers, and upper chest pullovers. This Weider work out machine is great. I'm 5'1 and it worked good for me. And I can tell when this carona virus is over and people can come to my house again, It will also work for one of my Grandsons who is 6'6. I love that you can start out with light weight's and work your way up. And the bungie tension increaser is easy to change. You will want more weight when using your legs.
