When I bought this low-cost setup, I wasn't expecting to have my socks knocked off, but the low-light performance is really impressive. I don't know how the little LEDs are able to create so much light in complete darkness, but they do and it doesn't wash out the picture. The media could not be loaded. Very easy to use. Camera and screen are very clear. Battery life is very good. I have a spare battery and haven't needed it so far. The DVR feature is really nice and very straightforward to use. The only complaint I could have is the cable to the camera is a little thin, I have to double it up in the tripod, definitely not a big deal at all. I would put this camera up against cameras costing 3 times as much. Eyoyo has a winner with this one ... show more

The image I see on my screen is nothing like the advertising. The camera is horizontal and even sometimes facing downward, but the image looks like it's facing up. There are no tips provided to help with this issue. Also, when letting the camera overboard and down, the cable connection gets all twisted, and there is nothing to secure the cable spool to the case so as not to lose it. I am using this camera system while in my kayak, for observational research purposes of northern puffer fish. It is easy to record and stop recording. I love ice fishing. My wife bought me this for Christmas and I was very impressed The first two times we used it and after that it was just dark and you could barely see fish There was some water in the lens . Not impressed with it at all. I know there is a lot of good reviews. Don’t know if we just got a bad one or not. Don’t know if they have a warranty on this or not. I should’ve done something earlier. Now it’s almost a year since we purchased it. Update. The customer support. Is awesome. They sent me a new camera no charge. This actually the second one I have purchased of this exact brand and model. One for hubby also one for son. They have shown the eye balls of the fish below the water to their friends. The picture is clear and it is easy to use. It’s in a nice case that has everything that is needed to get underwater and check out the fish that any fish finder missed. The good: quality of video, carrying case, Camera size/fishlike, easy to use. The bad: wires everywhere that are a bit difficult to wind up condensed like out of the box. Overall: a pretty good product for the money
