The colors feel creamy and had good pigment- I only had to go over the shimmer at the bottom more than 1x (just to get it to show up) since they're all so well-pigmented, and they went on smoothly too. My issues with it are that the pallette is MUCH smaller than I expected based on the marketing. The whole thing fits in my palm, and I have child-sized hands. My other issue is that all the colors are much more orange-tinted rather than neutral brown/tans on the color spectrum, so most of them won't work well for me since I'm a redhead. I'm not removing any stars since that's how screens can vary, but the colors will work fine for other people. ... show more

Wow these colors are pigmented! This was just my trial run so I’ve only done my eye makeup and no lid primer was used. I actually had to use the gold to tone down the pink because it was so vibrant. Even with no primer and oily lids, this shadow stayed on all day. These pics are at the end of the day. Only the dark purple in my crease faded. I am very impressed! I was expecting to have to use these wet but boy was I wrong! This was also a great deal because this little pallet sells for twice this much at local drug stores. The lightest color isn’t light enough for my liking so I did use my own brow highlight in a pearl white shade. The light pink shade does have an orange tone to it which made it look much darker on me. All in all I am happy with it and would buy it again. The product came neatly wrapped and in perfect condition. No problems with the seller. It did take a week to ship for some reason but it was free shipping so I didn’t mind. ... show more

Colors are decent, but it is super tiny when you get it. Extremely small. Like, what am I suppose to do with this. The normal sized one at the store is the same price. Definitely feel ripped off. Not worth the money and will not order again. Super disappointed.

Bought this because It’s called Maverick and who doesn’t want to look at that when they are getting ready to go out in the world? This is, like other reviewers mention, very teeny. But the colors are great - good mix of metallics and mattes in golds, rusts, browns - so it can be the one pallet you throw in you travel bag. And for traveling, if you’ve ever had a palette turn to dust during transport, you’ll be glad you have a small one. ... show more
