While they offer a tutorial on how to apply, there are no instructions on how to use this product in terms of ratio to use of the chemicals. That is absolutely absurd. I don't need a tutorial on how to apply, but rather their ratios to mix the products.

I really wanted to like this product. I thought that it included pretty much everything you could possibly need to tint your eyebrows. But unfortunately it didn’t work for me. It doesn’t cover grey hair unless you repeat the process several times and end up leaving it on for at least 40 minutes. Only then I saw the grey hair get a bit of color. It also doesn’t really tint your skin underneath the hair. One wash and any little bit of tint will wash off. I had two goals when I bought this product, 1) cover a few grey hairs I’m starting to get on my eyebrows and 2) cover a couple of spots with no hair. I didn’t accomplish any of those, I ended up using hair dye. I mean, I tried a lot of different times, leaving it on longer every time, trying different consistencies thinking I might have mixed it too runny or too thick, but no, it didn’t make a difference. This product might work better for fair skin which it is easier to stain but for olive skin was a fail. Also, I had no idea the instructions are in the back of the box. I bought this with very few reviews, so now I see that other people was also asking for instructions and they had no idea they were in the back. It would be good to put that little detail in the card within the box, which is where people usually look for the instructions. I’m giving this product 3 stars because of the packaging, the tools it brings and the good customer service. You can see that if you have any questions, someone will reply to you promptly.

Very good product 👍 for the first time I decided to color my eyebrows and it turned out perfect😍. I mixed 1 spoon of henna (the spoon that comes with the kit) with 2 drops of activato. after application, gave 2-3 minutes and washed off gradually from the beginning of the eyebrow
