Doesn’t need “trimming” or “tinkering”
Size: XB X
Color: Vertical Console Stand 2
First off do not listen to the other reviewers, you do not need to modify the stand with your own tools. As packaged this stand fits the Xbox one X, the little stubble that is sticking out that other reviewers seemed to “modify” by cutting off should not be messed with. It actually helps your console lock into the stand. And yes the stand is unlock-able. All you need to do is align the stand to the two holes in the Xbox one X, once placed into the holes push in the console and slide up to lock the stand in place. You will then hear a click and congratulations the stand fits into the Xbox one X without any modifications. The stand is actually really good I got it for 11 bucks and it looks just like a Microsoft version. I suggest following the directions and you would not need to “modify” and damage your new stand. I strongly advise, do not listen to the other reviewers about the little stub...

Takes a lot of pressure to attach, but locks in securely
Size: XB X
Color: Vertical Console Stand 2
Sturdier plastic than I was expecting, and a good fit. I was able to attach it without shaving off the nubbin other reviewers were talking about, so I would recommend not cutting that off to ensure a secure fit. It did take a lot of pressure to snap on, but it is locked in well. My console doesn't overheat as badly anymore, and this saves a lot of space on my counter

Perfect OEM-like vertical stand for Xbox One X
Size: XB X
Color: Vertical Console Stand 2
Sturdy stand for Xbox One X. Seems to help with aerodynamics and cooling for the console, just wish the Xbox itself wasn’t so huge! The stand over performs its job though!

Overall Satisfied, Base Slightly Warped
Size: XB X
Color: Vertical Console Stand 2
Received today. Looks just like the pictures posted by other reviewers. Slid right in, gave it a bit of a push and it snapped nicely into place. No modification needed for me as I had seen others saying they had to. Overall pretty solid feeling. There is one slight issue. The base seems to be a bit warped. The front of the base does not touch the shelf it is on. However, I bought this for the sole purpose of airflow. The area my Xbox is in is very secure so I do not have to worry about it tipping if things were to come to that. Like most Chinese products, many (funny) spelling and grammar issues on the box. Refers to the system as "X-one X."

Plastic nub needed trim
Size: XB X
Color: Vertical Console Stand 2
Took a little bit of thinking to install lol it works as it should! There's a little nub behind the front clip. I trimmed that nub off with my pocket knife. The stand now clicks into place and is stable. Photos attached. Also, the nub is thin and easy to trim. No need for excessive pressure.

What Can I Say? Does The Job for $10
Size: XB X
Color: Vertical Console Stand 2
This is as good of a price as you will get, and stand is as good as you need. The little hooks fit right into the Xbox One X side, and once secure (a little tricky at first but it clicks right in), the Xbox is very sturdy, and now much more compact up on its side. It might fall over if there is a magnitude 8 earthquake, but otherwise this stand does exactly what it is supposed to do for cheap.

Great Product (needs a tiny bit of tinkering)
Size: XB X
Color: Vertical Console Stand 2
This product is exactly as described. It has the exact same finish as the Xbox One X itself and blends in perfectly. It doesn’t have a huge footprint but once it’s locked in, it feels very sturdy. Definitely could withstand some bumps and shakes of the surface it’s sitting on. However, as one other reviewer pointed out, there is a small nub situated next to one of the two locking arms. This nub is used for when you slide the Xbox into place so it locks the base on. It seems that this little nub might be literally just a millimeter too long so it needs to be trimmed just a tiny bit in order for the product to work correctly. To do this, I used some needle nose pliers and literally just grabbed the nub to pull off a tiny bit of this plastic. It does not look clean as you can see in my pics, but it works perfectly. 5 star product cause this tiny inconvenience takes maybe 2 seconds to fix.
