Let me tell you about the eXtremeRate Multi-Colors Luminated Buttons for PS5 – it's a wild ride from start to finish, but the end result is nothing short of spectacular. 1. Dazzling Visual Upgrade: The luminated buttons are an absolute visual feast. The vibrant colors add a whole new dimension to my PS5 controller, transforming it into a mesmerizing gaming accessory. The illumination is even and vivid, creating an immersive experience. 2. Rollercoaster Installation: Okay, buckle up because the installation was a bit of a rollercoaster. The instructions were decent, but navigating the tiny buttons and ensuring a precise fit tested my patience. At times, it felt like I needed surgeon hands. However, don't let this deter you; patience is key. 3. Well Worth the Effort: Despite the installation challenges, the end results were more than worth the effort. Once those buttons were in place and the controller lit up, I was blown away. The illumination is consistent, and it adds a touch of high-tech flair to my gaming sessions. It's like having a mini light show in my hands. 4. Quality Craftsmanship: The buttons themselves are of high quality. They feel sturdy and responsive, maintaining the original functionality of the controller. The craftsmanship is evident, and the buttons have held up well to intense gaming sessions. 5. Gamer's Delight: In the grand scheme of things, the eXtremeRate Multi-Colors Luminated Buttons for PS5 have turned my gaming setup into a gamer's delight. It was a great product but one of my buttons wasn’t working on the controller so I went back to fix it when I went to unplug the led from the connector the wires pulled out so I was upset for that reason the product was nice but the wires are not secured in the connector so that you can disconnect it

I loved the way this thing looked for the 4 days it did work. After installing, the lights would not turn off & I wasn't crazy about the flimsy thumbsticks. So I decided to take it apart to try the install from the beginning for the 2nd time. Put the original thumbsticks back in & the light still would not turn off. Thought it wouldn't be an issue & it would just be lit up 24/7. After about 4 days, my controller would not turn on anymore! FRUSTRATED 😤 Had to uninstall the lights & buy a replacement battery to get my controller back to normal. Waste of money & time!! I really wanted this to work because it looks dope, but I do not recommend.

This might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I genuinely had a great time added this on. I added the eXtremeRate Multi-Colors LEDs when swapping it out for the Clear PS5 shell that eXtreme Rate also sells. I decided to knock 2 birds with 1 stone. So I ended up creating this monstrosity of a controller. It looks really cool to see all the colors cycle through. You can have it to one certain color and have it cycle through all of them. You can also have it off if you think it’s too bright. My only problem with it is that obviously the controller will die faster as the light emitting through will drain through the controller like there’s no tomorrow. Fortunately for me, I have my PC and PS5 on my gaming desk/battlestation, so there’s never a problem if I need to charge it. I usually play wired anyways. Just a piece of mind for those who are interested in getting this. It looks amazing and I’m very happy to have tinkered with it.

Let me start off by saying I have done custom LED controllers since ps3. I've done ps3 controllers, ps4, Xbox one, Xbox 360, psX, etc. I did the whole shebang, soldering wires to LEDs then using a dremel to create mounting positions for said LEDs, hot glue, routing cables through the controllers, then soldering to the motherboard. This is not an easy task especially for a beginner, and you may burn a controller or two on the learning curve. I came across these kits by coincidence and these are amazing. It's basically a 2nd daughter board being installed, CAKE. There are reviews stating issues with LEDs going out, not working properly, staying on, killing batteries, blah blah blah. I'll tell you now, this is 10x easier then actually putting lights in yourself. And yes, things happen and stuff doesn't work right or LEDs go out. It's a common thing when adding modifications. Did the manufacturer do it? No. You did. Expect the worst, hope for the best. I threw in some pics of my personal work in comparison to this kit, the ps5 controller is this kit vs ps4 controller is my custom. I haven't had any issues so far and I've done 4 of them for ps5.

I got this for my wife's controller and I accidentally cut the wrong thing and the customer service was great. And the instructions were great. And quality is great. I love these buttons and the lights are surprisingly bright
