I have purchased many replacement shells from eXtremeRate and their quality is top-tier. Everything fits perfectly and the finished product always looks stunning. Definitely recommended in my opinion. This is probably the easiest part to remove from the PS5 controller. Slide a small pry tool underneath and pop it out of the clips. First of all, I'm incredibly glad that this brand has so many customization options. It was really hard to choose a color, but I'm glad that I went with the mint green because it looks nice with the other accessories I got for it. It was a little difficult to take the original trim out using the tool that came with this. The plastic on it bent and broke off so easily that I ended up using the blunt end of a razer blade to get it off instead. The controller is so durable that the plastic tool they give you just doesn't work. Otherwise, it was very easy to install. They even have videos you can follow along to on YouTube. Love this faceplate! The new color controllers came out for PS5 and I wanted to take my sky blue a bit further, so in comes eXtreme with the customization dream come true! Now my controller is bulbasaur themed, and ditto and I could not be more pleased. The faceplate came with two rings for your thumbsticks if you want to switch them to white, and a tool to help remove and replace the OG faceplate. Two thumbs way, way up!
