It does have a tendency to slide, so you want to exercise caution about the surface you place it on. However, it does effectively perform the intended function of providing a cutting surface, which is exactly what I needed it for in my situation. I stored the rolled-up version neatly in a drawer, thus freeing up counter space in the process.

Very nice plastic cutting board mats. Good price. Perfect size. A little thicker than my old ones and the backing keeps them from moving around while cutting. Washes in the dishwasher. Also, this was from a "Mom & Pop" shop not a corporation!

They are very nice, BUT…they are not even close to the thickness they specify in the specification section. In the ad it’s written .08” thick, which is .078 thousands of an inch thick. They are actually .032” thick. Not even half as thick as they advertised. They ARE, very nice and flexible and easy to use for sure! If you don’t care about the thickness, you will thoroughly enjoy using this set of cutting mats.
