Why did you pick this product vs others?: The mattress is quite comfortable and supports me well. But that's not what I'm here to talk about. I actually originally purchased the 14-inch on accident, not realizing it wouldn't fit my living space. I contacted them asking if I could exchange it, and they provided me a half refund, helped me get a full refund on my warranty, and let me keep the original mattress. I got this mattress for my guest room for when my nephew comes to visit. I’m really impressed with it! The hybrid foam and coil design keeps the support evenly distributed. There’s no saggy or lumpy bits, just consistent comfort. The set-up couldn’t have been easier, either: unbox and let it settle into shape before using. I didn’t notice any odd odors that can sometimes occur with foam mattresses. He’s a pretty big boy so I was concerned a twin mattress might not be big enough, but since he’s not tossing & turning, it works out just fine.
