The picture right after the opening. I measured it, it’s really 14 inches. Looks good and firm. Waiting 3 days before I start to use it, as it says in instruction. I would buy again if I need another one.

Pretty firm, but better than the spring mattress we had before. It’s got some spring in it from what I can tell, but it doesn’t hurt my back like the old one did. When unpacking be careful because it can flop out and whack you in the face. So be sure to open it where it’ll pop up away from you. It does puff up a bit after you let it sit out for a day or two.
