These LED bulbs are high power and plenty bright. I have replaced traditional halogen yard light bulbs with these. I've tried both the 315W & 350W models, but since I couldn't tell the difference I have returned the 350W versions and bought another set of the 315W bulbs as a replacement. High power LED's often fail, by starting to flash (most likely they are overdriven and burns the LED). Hopefully, these last at least 3 years or longer. ... show more

Replaced 2 (older)Incandescent style floodlights at an exterior porch door. Very different light pattern, color, intensity and spill to the rear. You get a LOT more brighter light, but it is not focused, just like a 💡(regular round incandescent), that throws light in big round circle, not focused in a particular direction. If these have a long life it will make the initial expense worthwhile (they are a pricey option). Fit perfectly in “standard lightbulb” base that accepts the “cone-style” floodlight screw-in bulbs. Only complaint is that they are very expensive for a lightbulb, I’m sure prices will improve over time as manufacturing and engineering improves. However, if these LEDs save enough electricity and last a lot longer than incandescents it will be worthwhile! ... show more

I replaced these with some CFL lights that replaced the original incandescent light bulb. I got the 350wat equivalent ones. My flood light are at the top of the garage over the driveway and are 30ft high. had a new roof installed and got them to replace the light. These things are bright. The 5000k bulb are bright and look good and light up much better than the CFLs ... show more

We have a rural lake house and three dogs. Possible dangers in the yard where my pets make their final off leash bathroom outing include snakes and foxes. I have a double head motion light on the area and with 100 watt equivalent bulbs but switched to these 350 watt equivalent and they are AMAZING!!! Great light, 5000K is perfect - there are no shadows where a snake could be unobserved. Had I known, I would have switched out the bulbs years ago. ... show more
