The frame assembly for the seat and handlebars are beyond sloppy and loose. Increasing the tension results in a dead stop of the wheel. The bearings groan as you pedal despite being marketed as a quiet ride. This is nearly unusable in its current condition. Extremely disappointing. Buyer beware.

Twice, I ordered this machine. First time I unpacked entire box got to the part where I’m supposed to attach left pedal. It would not start. So I returned it. Second one, I emptied box, but only removed left pedal. Again, it would not start. Reboxed and started return. This entire experience was total B.S.! ... show more

This may be a perfectly acceptable exercise bike but the listing was less than honest. It showed a large digital display as part of the unit. Nowhere in the listing did it say that the display shown was your own iPad when all it really provided was a mount for an iPad and a small LCD display. The listing has been corrected but it made me so angry that I decided to pack it up nd return it. Amazon was very understanding ... show more

The saddle I received is very crooked, I did not receive the self tapping screw, and I am missing 3 spring washers. A decent introductory bike to figure out if stationary bikes are right for you. Definitely need head phones to block out the noise from the magnetic resistance when you use it. It's really quiet when you use no resistance. I wouldn't have purchased it if the reviews were not no misleading about how quiet the bike is supposed to be. ... show more

This is a great stationary bike for the price! I got it because I am having a knee replacement in a few months and decided it would be a good idea to get something like this to build strength before and help with rehab afterwards. I didn't think the quality would be all that great for $199 but I was really pleasantly surprised. It's quiet and smooth riding. The resistance adjustment works well as does the digital readout of the movement dynamics. My husband, who isn't the handiest guy in the world, had no trouble putting it together. He said it was easy and the instructions were easy to follow. The only negatives I have seen are these. The seat could be more comfortable. The plastic attachment that holds your phone falls off too easily. I wish I could adjust the handlebars to move them closer because I'm very short. But really, for $199 this thing is fantastic! ... show more
