This is way beyond for the amount it costs. The ease of assembly is a wonder. An 8 year old could read the instructions & put it together. It is heavy and solid. Every screw and bolt were already in their holes (with one set exception for the backrest). The seat is wide and comfortable for long rides. The back rest is nice and high to really support the back, the scissor effect to be closer or further from the front handles is great & easy. The pullies for leg or arm exercises is wonderful. The heartrate monitor is excellent. To try & find something bad to say would just be plain deceptive. This is such high quality & ease for the price that it competes & excels above others hands down. To try & make a little bit of anything to say that may help: I turned a couple screws the wrong way & they wouldn't go in, then I changed direction & they went in immediately (operator error)., The small flat wrench is best used straight up rather than flat, at an angle to turn the screws faster. Be mindful when pulling the scissor lever, just so not to pinch your hand. Also the bike has a lot of weight so be careful when you pull it as the weight makes it fall hard and quick. I am thrilled with this piece of equipment. It is absolutely silent and every comfort. I have it set low, 2 on resistance. It is effortless. Easy to ride for 40 minutes and burn 280 calories. I have not tried the restance bands yet. I have had stationary bikes before and they were not comfortable about this. As with any work, don't over due. Just enjoy. I searched long and hard for the best folding exercise bike and it paid off! Other brands had issues of noise, shaking, and even tipping backwards. Not this bike. I'm 5'6 245lbs and it's completely still while riding, and completely quiet. I am very impressed and happy with this purchase. The seat is well padded and the larger back support is perfectly placed for comfort. Side handle bars are spaced generously so there is no squeezing or tightness around the hips (and I have wide hips). I tested the heart rate accuracy against my smart watch and it's on point. The displayed time, distance, speed, and calories burned are nice features and easy to read. Assembly was done all by myself in less than an hour. Instructions are easy to ready and most washers and bolts are already in the part they belong too. I highly recommend this bike! ... show more

I love everything about this bike other than the seat being a little short in length. The length does make it a little uncomfortable. I am just starting to cycle again so it could be from my glutes being weak, just something to think about.

I got this exercise bike recently because I used to go to the gym regularly but havent gone for the past month due to personal reasons and thought this would help me get back into the rhythm of exercising again. Luckily enough this helped to get me back into my groove because of how easy and fun it is to use this exercise bike. When I received the package, it was a little heavy but I was able to drag it around with ease. Setting up the bike was simple enough with the included instructions but just took some time since I did it alone, roughly 2 hours to assemble. I really liked that most of the nuts and bolts had been put in their respective slots already, but it worried me in the beginning because I thought I was missing a lot of pieces. Using the bike is effortless and requires that you just get on and start pedaling and adjust the tension to whatever you desire. I also really like the included resistance bands inside the bike that you can use to work out arms while biking. Using the informational display is also easy just by pushing the buttons to determine distance travelled, and measuring heart rate is done by simply holding the handle bars on the designated spot. This exercise bike is great because of how compact and easy it is to move around with the included wheels, and I believe any one that gets this bike would love it. ... show more

I tend to pack on a few extra unwanted pounds during winter and colder weather. I started looking for exercise equipment I could use at home and this caught my eye. The assembly was relatively easy, as most pieces had the screws/nuts/washers already in place where they would need to go. It included batteries for the screen. The front bar stand has wheels, so that you can easily move it around. You can adjust the height and fold it up more if you want to stow it in a closet to get out of the way. Heart rate sensors tracked pretty close to my Apple Watch. What I really love is the double feature of an exercise bike with cables for arm work outs! It comes with a few hand grip options for the cables, and I’m sure you could also snap on other ones if you have some at home already. Cable set options are both in the front and back behind the seat, for different work outs. You can also use the lower one with the Velcro strap for weighted leg raises.
