Got this for my son for Christmas. It worked great for a month then the left side stopped working randomly. I connected with the seller HMSports who it was purchased through on Amazon. They have been easy to work with and said will be sending me a replacement hover board. The hover board seems to have good reviews so hopefully this first one was just a fluke and the replacement will work for us. I bought three of these hoverboards for my kids for Christmas. One of them is indicating the mainboard has failed and one is now indicating another failure. I'm just waiting and expecting the third one to present a problem any minute now. For close to $200 a piece, I'd expect them to last longer than 2-3 weeks. I've reached out to support about the first one and haven't received any response. The second unit just stopped working so I haven't reached out yet. We'll see.... UPDATE*** HMSPORTS reached out to me after seeing my review and has offered to send me two replacement hoverboards. They were very responsive to messages and have provided the tracking information for the replacements. As a seller, HMSPORTS has done everything to rectify the situation and I highly recommend them as a seller. As for the actual product, EVERCROSS Hoverboard, I will have to see how long the new boards last. If I get more longevity out of the new boards, I will update my review further. *** So far so good on the boards. Updating to 5 stars. Thanks to the seller for making everything right! The media could not be loaded. I always wanted to have one of these after seeing it in many movies & kind of has been a fantasy to own this. I have to say I am satisfied with it after getting this. Makes it so easy from a maneuverability perspective in home, especially if you have a big home. I have experience with many e-bikes and e-scooters but learning hoverboards was completely a new thing for me. Within a few hours, I was proficient in driving these. This product works great from a functionality perspective & smart features add more convenient factors to this product. I would highly recommend this hoverboard for a beginner or even an experienced person. After using it for nearly a week, here are my 2 cents: Pros: - This hoverboard rides smoothly overall and it is easy to control. Feels stable while riding these - Has a maximum speed of around 9.32 MPH and that is fast in a hoverboard - Full charge provides a range of up to 6 miles approximately - The platform has a non-skid rubber coating making it easy to get a grip while riding - The mobile app is one of the key highlights for this hoverboard. Connects easily and has tons of features/control to explore. Seeing hoverboard statistics is a nice feature (Picture attached). Riding modes and sensitivity of the hoverboard can be changed as well through the app - LED lights are super fancy in this hoverboard. Loved them. Pedals glow as well - Bluetooth speaker is inbuilt and is fun to ride with music on the go - Great build quality and structure feels very strong from any angle - It is easy to charge with the access point in a nice area. It charged from zero to full in around 3-4 hours and I found it to be true to what the manufacturer claims - No assembly is required and it is ready to be used out of the box - This hoverboard is lightweight overall and easy to carry around - Multiple color options are available to choose from - Detailed manual provided and should cover any question you may have during use - Manufacturer offers a 1-year warranty on the hoverboard - Very reasonably priced in this category of product and it is a bank for the bucks considering the looks of these - Comes very well packed and there was no damage at all Cons: - 6.5'' tires might feel a bit less sometime if you take these to a more rough surface or somewhere with more slope angle. It is always good to have bigger tires for that extra control but that comes with an extra price too - Speakers are loud enough but definitely miss bass in it - I wish the range was a little more but this is an aspirational feature - Manufacturer should consider including a carry bag in the package ... show more

Bought this for Christmas, my son lives it. He is 5"10 about 150. He zips all around in it and loves the Bluetooth feature. Drawback it doesn't seem to keep a charge very long, but long enough around the house.

My kid love this product he is been enjoying every time he rides on. Mostly used inside home on wood and carpet floors. So far got satisfied with the product. Battery serving well, no issues, you can enjoy for a good amount of time after a full charge. It has a blue tooth connectivity and speakers where you can enjoy playing music while riding home. The support from the seller is really great, I have got a good support for all technical questions that we have. I recommend this product for the kids who are minimum of 7 years of age.
