Item arrived on time, well-packaged, with batteries included. There's a card that instructs you on how unscrew the bottom and remove a piece of red plastic to protect the batteries. Then you screw the bottom back. I removed the red piece from all 30 flashlights and all 30 work great. The light is bright, too. These will be gifts for Scouts at a ceremony, and I think they will really like them. There is also information inside on how to contact customer service if there are any issues, and a small brochure on their other products, which look very nice. This seller has their act together! Great multipack of flashlights. Used them for goodie bags for a kids glow in the dark birthday party. Each one had a red tab covering the battery that had to be taken out though. A bit of a pain, but it kept the batteries full instead of accidentally dying.
