I purchased this exact make and model of flat iron 15 years ago. I used it most days, and it still works! I purchased a new one because the plastic that holds it together finally gave out. It is more expensive than other flat irons, but if you use one regularly, ask yourself how much you have or would spend on cheap flat irons over 15 years to decide if it’s worth it. In addition to making hair straight, it is thin enough to use for curling the ends. Overall, I highly, highly recommend!

Love the way this curls. I do not like that it doesn’t have an auto shut off in case I forget & leave it on (hello, ADHD). But, it’s probably my favourite straightner I own...& I own a lot. It has replaced my original Chi, & that is saying something! Just don’t touch the hot end, & you’re good...I’ve heard complaints but who does that anyway? - that would be like ppl complaining bc the metal end of a curling iron gets hot; that’s not the part you touch w/your hand. I’m a fan.

I owned one before for 10 years. One of the plates cracked when I was moving and still worked great but would pull my hair so I bought another. I will always have one as long as they are made because my hair is very hard to straighten and humidity makes it puff but after using this I can go out confidently and know my hair is how I styled it no matter the weather

I used of this product for more than 3 years and I was happy with that but it dropped and broken. I ordered it again and I hoped new one works good as before.

The flat iron stopped heating up and was no longer reliable. In addition, it managed to trap and pull hair when it was in use. This product worked great the first 30 days then everything about it went bad. Unable to return product, lost my money on this item. Would not recommend.
