um.. so I just opened my bidet packaging to feel something wet.. turns out there was water in the seat and it leaked out all over the place! DISGUSTING!! As you can see on the certificate that accompanied the bidet, it says "Qualified" w an inspection date of 4/18/20.. I can only assume that this item was recently USED and RETURNED and sent out to me with new packaging... I still want to try this after an exchange but.. how can I trust this certificate? Update: So I exchanged it and before I even opened the tape on the plastic bag the parts came in there were already water droplets... The Amazon rep I spoke to was finally able to provide a phone number (previous reps could not locate one) and I finally got in touch with a person who works for the company. She confirmed that new seats SHOULD NOT have water leaking out of them, that AMAZON sometimes takes returns and does a cursory inspection before REPACKAGING USED seats and sell them as NEW! She informed me that if I wanted to be 100% assured to receive a new one, I need to choose DigiHiTech as seller but MAKE SURE that it IS NOT shipped by Amazon. Go to "other sellers" and choose the one SHIPPED by DigiHiTech. It is the same price and shipping is free but you do not get the Prime Member 2 day shipping. I came this far so I decided to try it. Shipping took a little longer than a week but I felt no water leaking out of the packaging was a good trade off. Review of the product: Installation was pretty straight forward and easy. I want to say, I'm probably bottom 25% in terms of being handy so the general population has about a 75% chance this installation is a breeze. For the remaining 25%, I'm sorry everything is so difficult and life is so cruel to you. So much hinges on how the remote performs because without the remote, you just have an overpriced toilet seat. The remote had no issues connecting to the seat but the remote was a bit glitchy in the beginning - it kept shutting off every few minutes as I was browsing features. I started to question whether my batteries were expired but when I rearranged the batteries a bit, it would turn back on. As time passed though, it became less glitchy and now it's been about 2-3 weeks since the last incident. The remote has no on/off button so it's always on. Makes me question how long the batteries will last. If I need to replace the batteries every 3-4 months? not the end of the world, but I'm hopeful it'll last longer. The other functions are as described. The raving 5 star reviews that persuaded me to purchase this seat cover this portion pretty well and I feel I don't need to reiterate that all the bells and whistles EuroToto advertises all perform pretty well. This review is long enough as it is. I will say one thing about the water pressure because that's one of the main things I was looking for as I was shopping for a bidet seat - I wish the strongest pressure setting was... a bit stronger. I wouldn't use it all the time but it would be nice to have at my disposal. To be clear, the top setting is definitely strong.. it's just not power- wash strong. Put it one way, your car will look and feel fabulous with a normal wash the vast majority of the time. But sometimes... it's raining really hard and there's a landslide on your way home and you find yourself diving through all that mud and sewage and you accidentally run over a family of opossums.. you need a POWER WASH. I don't have enough experience with bidets to know if such a setting even exists on any of the other bidets. But it should. Because it rains hard here a lot. I know my review was mostly critical but I am actually very happy with this seat - all the bells and whistles are pretty nice to have. I am disgusted by what I experienced and I hope anyone buying this seat will avoid my experience but I am not a fan of reviews that knock the product for things unrelated to what the product is - such as shipping issues or deceitful practices by AMAZON. I give the product 4 stars.

Instalation is not hard at all, get a different t-valve as the one it comes with is not the best, the deoderizor really doesn't do anything at all. Water pressure is just okay it keeps it warm at all times, remote isn't very responsive have to click it about ten fifteen times to get it to respond correctly.

I purchase this as a birthday gift for my wife as she wanted a bidet after seeing all the comfort a bidet has to offer. Installation was very, very simple and took less than 20 minutes. The Euroto bidet does a surprisingly good job cleaning. My wife uses both the rear and front cleaning modes and loves it. Our favorite part about this bidet is that it can Program two user settings and using those settings with the remote has been a true pleasure. Heated seat, soft close seat, adjustable position lid water stream, heated water, warm fan, the bidet works better than either of us expected. Seat fit perfectly and is more secure on our bowl than previous regular seat. The seat is comfortable for a 6ft 280 lbs man I'm very impressed with the overall design of the unit, particularly how easily it can be removed for cleaning. The endless warm water supply is a great plus as is the simplicity of the remote. It definitely works as advertised and is very effective. I researched all available bidet on Amazon, this bidet is all that it is advertised as and looks great glad I chose this one. I will recommend this one to all my friend.

I suffer from mild hemorrhoids and I really looked forward to keeping my rear end cleaner and less irritated than by using toilet paper. The 2 users setting and endless fresh hot water was what caught my attention, and it definitely did not disappoint. We have 2 different types of toilet in our home, one is round and the other is elongated, and the bidet was able to fit both toilets with no problems. I absolutely love the 2 Some other awesome features are: soft night light, you will not be blinded by bathroom lights if you have to use the toilet at night. The different levels of seat warmth. No longer have you had to cringe when initially setting your bum on the cold toilet seat. The different levels of water temperatures and water pressures will make sure you are clean The seat itself does a great job of warming the bum at three different levels of heat, the cleaning function is great with position control, pressure control, and 3 different levels of heat, an oscillating setting, etc. If you are considering this unit we definitely say... Do it. You won't regret it. It's worth the investment.

Extremely easy to install and very well made. The only thing I had to buy was an extension cord only because my plug is on the other side of my sink counter and was too far for it to reach. Because this seat works so well I've cut my use of toilet paper down by more than ½. Truly a great bidet. Highly recommend this to people who want to save on rubbing there butts raw too.

Was very excited about this amazon prime deal but it’s not worth it. It leaks. Tried using different connectors but it still keeps on leaking, the seat is very in comfortable as it does not fit an elongated toilet properly though it says it is for elongated toilets. And now I cannot even return it because my return window is closed and on top of that found out that it was not even a deal. Waste of money. Do not buy. You can get much better products than this.

I bought this last week and it just met my expectations. The toilet seat is very easy to install and easy to clean. The heated seat is so nice and comfortable and the oscillating sprays on the bidet provides thorough cleansing and massaging. It's much quieter than I thought it would be, water pressure is just right. My aging fother is disabled and this bidet has been wonderful for him and the rest of the family enjoy it just as much. The sense light is really helpful at night. And the dryer is the best part, no more toilet paper for us!
