Bought this fixture to go in my 2 storey living room. When the box came, there was a budge in the middle, like it lost it's shape. The packaging is not of the good quality - there is a thin cardboard with the thin layer of styrofoam. When opened the box, everything looked intact, so decided to keep it and proceed with the installation. Once it got mounted on a 2 storey ceiling the noticed following problems: - the wires were all tangled - the 3 lights section would not lit up. When they tried to untangle the wires, the largest ring lost it's connection somewhere inside the fixture. The electricians tried to repair the fixture, but the half of the large ring would not light up. They said that the wiring inside the fixture was of poor workmanship. Had to reorder another fixture and wait for a few days. Conclusion: - poor workmanship - poor packaging - excellent design - would not recommend this fixture to anyone who is planning to put it up on the 2 storey ceiling. ... show more

Paid big money for weekend electrician work, rented a indoor lift, gave up a day off work, along with the price of the product, and one of the rings does not work. SOOOOO disappointed. It is incomprehensible that a company could be so incompetent to put out a bad product like this. Really, the engineering and electronics part of this is not that difficult, and they still put out a bad product? EuroFase sucks! ... show more
