  • Gift for my son.
The media could not be loaded. This RC car is fast, responsive, and can perform smooth spins. It is very durable, able to flip back over and keep going even after crashing into walls. The wheels are super slick, making it easy to drive and providing a smooth experience. My son loves it!

  • A Fun RC Car, but with Some Odd Design Choices
Sibling rivalry is real, so when I got an RC car for my son, I knew I had to get one for my daughter too. This one, while fun, is a bit less impressive in some areas but still brings plenty of entertainment value. The Good This car has a sleek design and a few cool features. It’s equipped with motion controls and a watch-style remote, which are the big gimmicks in RC cars this year. My daughter enjoyed experimenting with the gesture controls, but just like the first car I bought, they’re more fun to mess around with than practical for precise driving. Using the watch's buttons is more effective if you want actual control. The car’s headlights are a nice touch and add to its “cool factor.” The car can also do all kinds of stunts, like flipping over and spinning 360°. It’s fast but still manageable, so it’s fun to use both indoors and outdoors. One improvement over the other car I bought is the battery. This one has a single, double-cell rechargeable battery, which means better battery life. It easily lasts longer on a single charge, though the downside is that you can’t charge one while using another—there’s no backup. The Not-So-Good One odd thing about this car is the ability for the wheels to flex outward. I have no idea what purpose this is supposed to serve. It doesn’t seem to make the car more stable or functional, and when the wheels are flexed apart, it looks strange and feels a bit flimsy. Maybe it’s meant for stunts? If so, the execution feels poorly thought out. The overall build quality is fine, but it’s clear this car is a step down in sturdiness compared to the first car I got. It hasn’t broken yet, but it doesn’t feel like it would take much for something to snap or stop working. Sibling Verdict While this car didn’t wow me as much as the first one, my daughter seems to enjoy it. It’s still a fun toy, and the stunts and lights make it entertaining to play with. The better battery life is a definite plus, though the inability to swap batteries for continuous play might be frustrating in the long run. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly RC car with some neat features, this one works. Just be prepared for some quirks, and don’t expect it to feel premium. All in all, it’s holding up well enough for now, and my daughter is happy, which is what matters most! ... show more

  • Cool little r/c car
Bought this for my eight-year-old son and he absolutely loves it. We have a lot of RC cars in the house already but it’s fun to have one that does something a little different from the rest. It comes with a rechargeable battery, which is a great bonus and the stunts the car does are fun. He mostly loves to make it spin in the dark so you can see the lights. it’s pretty neat that it will flip over and keep driving - the kids love it! ... show more

  • It actually turns over when it flips!
2.4 GHz double side flip stunt with headlights, 360* rotation and suitable for 5 to 12 year Olds. It is fast but I could not get the hand gesture device to work no matter what I tried! With that not working I felt I only got half the entertainment value I should have had. Battery life was okay, easy to use, durable and would have been more fun had the other piece worked. ... show more

  • The controls are pretty hard to use, especially to keep it going straight
The media could not be loaded. The product came with a watch controller that didn't work at all. Luckily there was a hand controller, but it's still hard to use. One stick is for the left wheels and the other is for the right wheels. It's not super intuitive. It's pretty fun and fast, but somewhat limited to the spin trick. ... show more

  • Fun, but other options may be cheaper
We already had a car of this style, so we knew what to expect. This one works exactly like the other (more on that in a sec), with each side independently controlled. What this means is that if you go forward with one side and backwards with the other, it'll spin in place faster and faster until it pops up on one set of wheels as the others get pulled outwards. A spring pulls it back together once the rotation stops. If yours isn't popping up as described, flip it over or spin the other direction. At $50, I was hoping it would do more than the one my son bought for $20 at a brick and mortar store, but they appear to be almost identical other than the color. ... show more

  • Non-Stop Entertainment
I've been wanting to try a radio-controlled stunt car for years, but never had the opportunity to play with one until recently. Recently, I injured my Achilles tendon which required surgery, followed by weeks in a cast for full recovery. That in itself is one issue, but having recently adopted/rescued a very playful and energetic Shepherd/Collie mix, my recent injury has put a damper on the usual long walks and trips to the dog park my new best friend has become accustomed to since joining my home several months ago. Luckily, I do have a large backyard where he can spend some of his time, but he needs more stimulation and I think I might have just found it... This radio control stunt car kept him on his toes and chasing after the stunt car for close to an hour the first time I brought it out... The flashing lights and sounds just excites him to no-end, and he LOVES to chase it down and toss it around... But no matter what, it still keeps moving/rolling and that keeps the game going... The construction on this stunt car is much more substantial than I expected. It has big rubber wheels that contort and spin in different directions, along with the flashing LED lights, makes the stunt car light-up like a slot machine! Driving my pup wild with excitement... So, the way I see it, I've managed to kill two birds with one stone... I finally got the opportunity to test out a radio-controlled stunt car, and more importantly, I'm able to provide my best friend with some much-needed entertainment and mind stimulus during my current downtime of recovery. Entertainment and bonding time for us both. ... show more
