Works fine. Dented in several spots but doesn't have anything to do with the quality of the product. Lots of ice. Very noisy when the ice hits the bottom! Perfect size for our venue space. Very easy to use. Love the timing aspect. Stays cold a long time.

Our engine ice maker broke about 4 months into use. The water pump had stopped working. I emailed customer service and we tried to figure out some solutions to avail. They offered to send me another top part of the ice maker for completely free. Great customer service.

Machine itself is slightly smaller than it appears on the description. However, looks like good workmanship. When we installed unit per manufacturer's instruction, Ice Machine shows a E2. When we looked at the installation manual, we were notified that the E2 means an anomaly with icemaking process/no refrigerant. There doesn't appear to be any damage to the ice machine itself. Left email with manufacturer to see if we can get some direction from them. No response from manufacterure within 24 hours, even though manual says The Euhomy team is available 24/7 on the first page of the manual. Was excited to get this for our company and are disappointed it worked. There was also no chance to just send back and receive another one. We now have to cancel order and reorder.

I bought this to produce enough ice for my ice bath and it exceeds expectations. It creates a lot of ice really fast. It completely filled up the bin in less than a day and I've never ran out since. I use A LOT of ice and its always got plenty on hand.

Replaced a $11k Hoshizaki 900lb ice maker that was nothing but trouble. Bought in 2018. Repairs: $800 2019, $1400 2021, $450 2022, $1800 in 2023...turned down last est for $1700 and went with 2 of these units. 6 months in, same amount of ice. Runs at 25% temp. Auto clean cycles. No issues so far. Plus if one fails, replacement is same as repair and we are still operational waiting for next delivery.
