    • Having problems out of the box.
The ice machine arrived scratched across the top and dented on the top and front. I wasn't too concerned as long as the unit functioned property. 24hrs later it has stopped working, and it's showing an E2 error message. We're not off to a good start.

    • WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN
The (first) icemaker arrived with extensive shipping damage to the body of the machine. The return process was inconvenient but not unreasonably so, and I accepted replacement with a new unit instead of taking a refund. The second unit arrived with a distinct crease in the ice maker’s body; not bad enough warrant return, but clearly the packaging leaves a great deal to be desired in regards to protecting the unit. Set up was far more complicated than described and I had to get professional help with installation - be warned, this is a much more complicated process than simply adding a water hose and powering up the unit.
