The media could not be loaded. So far so good. The instructions are nearly nonexistent. However the machine makes very good ice and quick. Not 33 pounds unless you break the ice up otherwise you get around 24 pounds and it stops as the bin is full. For the price I highly recommend it I bagged over 100 pound this weekend. Works great for my needs around the pool and boating. Update: 1 month in and I still love it. If the bin was a bit larger it would be worth 100.00 more. Fast ice and if you empty the bin every couple of hours it will meet the 100 pound per 24 hrs easy. Wish we had made the investment earlier

The media could not be loaded. If I could give it zero, I would. Stay away from this. Very difficult to install and then when installed it does not even make any ice. When reading the manual is reads ”appliance is used to make ice… ice CANNOT be stored in bin as it is not a fridge..” Please do yourself a favor and stay away from buying this!

I can’t get the machine to do anything but cleaning mode. The instructions are non existent & if I can’t get it to work I’m going to return it

Easy hook up just need to set it near a drain in the floor or what I did is put it in my garage close to the hot water tank tapped into the waterline there drilled a hole in the wall and ran the drain line out

Bad instruction. Manual not even help. Tried to increase the time to make ice stronger by hitting upper arrow but nothing seems to work. I don’t know if I got a bad control panel or not but when I hit the upper arrow, the light button just blinking and no increase times for thicker ice. I might return it and get other brand instead.
