    • Renewed Version Didn't Work
The renewed version that I bought came with a dud door chime so setup didn't work at all. This would have been one start. However, after a brief call with Eufy product support they shipped me a better renewed model that worked perfectly. That one arrive after just 2-3 days, setup was really smooth, and they provided a free return label for the dead doorbell chime and camera system. So the four stars is for Eufy's terrific product support. This would have received five stars if not for the extra few days of dealing with the trouble of a poorly renewed initial product. ... show more

Am in the process of charging and installing. Everything seems pretty straight forward and we are looking forward to use. Only comment.......the box did not contain the charging cable, so we had to scurry around the house to find one that would work. Couldn't find any way to send a message to Amazon under "missing parts" so incluuded it here. ... show more

I have a back gate with just a security screen door, and for some reason, my deliveries have been coming to this gate. It's not like your door, it's open, and you can't see clearly from the inside. So I purchased the Eufy security doorbell, and it works great; I can view and speak to anyone from inside my home without exposing myself. With the crime rate climbing, I don't have to worry anymore!
