It’s a real shame this product isn’t available in the US. Aside from urea which is very hydrating it has ceramides, arginine and other good ingredients. It’s the best product of its kind-and I’ve tried everything I could find. I use it on my face too and it’s fantastic. It’s better than the similar dedicated face cream which does not have ceramides. My litmus test for a hand cream is to only apply it to one hand for a few days and see if I notice a difference.     • I use this for the Urea content for my nails.
I am all about "easy" when it comes to nail care: I don't wear police, but I buff my nails for shine. Sometimes I had a nail or two split or crack due to dryness---from dry air in the winter, or cleaning products, etc., and my online research said that urea is a good treatment to prevent that. So I rub a dab of this cream into my nails and cuticles once a week and it does seem to have stopped the problem. Note that products come with different %s of urea, and in a high % it can be irritating. I like the 5% in this product and have had no irritation from it. ... show more

This product was used once and did what it said it would do. Unfortunately, the 3rd party seller added a huge sticker to the tube that was in the way of the cap closing fully. I took it off and the sticky residue has defeated all known methods to remove it - nail polish remover, peanut butter, goo gone, cooking oil. I accidentally threw the tube in my purse where the stickiness transferred to the leather wallet I just bought. I will be applying for a refund! Added info - product is not going to be returned nor refunded, although the product description states that it is eligible for return or replacement. Beware!!
