This candle smells amazing but not at all like persimmon. It smells like a generic vanilla candle smell, a bit disappointed because I chose this for the scent. I like the wick, but I have not tried burning it yet. The outside box is nice but the candle itself looks low quality. The label had large air bubbles in it that I managed to mainly smooth out; and the jar seems poorly made and looks like the coloring will scratch off. Personally, I would be a bit embarrassed to give this as a gift, especially if I didn't open it up beforehand and fix the label. I enjoy writing quality reviews. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! The packaging is cute, but the sun was so thin I could barely smell it, I’ll try to get over it because like I said the party was cute and I like rose gold. After I lit it THE FIRST TIME, the scent started to slightly get stronger but as you can see in the pictures, it exploded !!!! Wax all over my table is was horrible ! It fell on cloth too:/ anyways would not recommend and I want my money back. ... show more

I absolutely LOVE my Benevolence scented candle. It came packed in a sturdy cardboard box that expressed its mission of saving children from sex trafficking. The candle burns evenly and smells AMAZING! Highly recommend this beautiful candle that helps save lives.

This candle smells wonderful. It’s beautiful to look at and the lavender scent fills my bedroom. Every time my son came into my room he took a deep breath and said boy it smells really good in here. I am excited to try other scents. I also like what it stands for.

Gorgeous and smells amazing! This candle makes a great gift but I’m keeping this for myself. I love the brand, by the way, and it feels great to buy from a brand that does good in the world. Ok now more about this candle, it smells like earthy, clean, luxury—best way I can think to describe it. This candle is beautiful. The box it arrives in is very classy looking and adds to the gift presentation. When you open it up, the candle is nicely and neatly wrapped it a bit of bubble wrap. The candle is a nice reflective rose gold/copper color. I love the wood wick. It’s environmentally friendly AND makes a lovely crackling sound like a fire burning when lit. Very relaxing!
