Sturdier than most canvas design car seats. Well constructed. The straps are sturdy and the pockets are handy. Would not work very well for a dog over 12 inches in length and over 8 lbs in my humble opinion due to propensity of the base bottom to sag with weight or uneven distribution. After the first car ride, my puppy ripped a string that caused the zipper to come off. I just went around it with my sewing machine, and he hasnt been able to get out of it since. I love it. I just put it on the seat and seatbelt it in and we go. He isnt able to climb all over me and everything else. He stays nice and cool and sleeps the whole time he is in it. It is really nice that it folds down so well. I just throw it in the center console when we have no room for it. Love all the perfect little pockets on it for his leash, food and toys!     • with chunks of the box missing like it had just been hit to many times
If I could give this zero starts I would. So first of all It won't stay open! The front side of the bag keeps collapsing in onto my pup, & the sides follow even when I zip the bag all the way closed. The hook for her harness just seems cheap. It is awkward to use a shoulder bag, and collapse in even more while the bag flops around . there is no way to just carry it when you pup is inside. I just have to grab onto the sides and hope it doesn't collapse in even more. When I recieved the box in the mail they just stuck a shipping label onto the original box, and it showed up all smashed & opened, with chunks of the box missing like it had just been hit to many times. The pockets work fine, but the bungee pockets on the side kind of stretch out when I use them & don't hold things securely. I simply bought it to have as something for her to sit in strapped down while I drive, & it doesnt even work for that! I think if the front end of the bag was more sturdy like the back side (which had a like a board in it) then maybe it would have served it's purpose better and kept the bag from collapsing in. Also if there were sturdy handles on the sides I could just carry her around by hand. ... show more

    • Flimsy and not very user friendly
This has no support frame of any kind so when you open the zipper the whole carrier flops to the side. It won't stand up and open on it's own so that you pet can jump in. My dog was much too tall for this and he's the RUNT in a pack of Rat Terriers. He's only 6lbs! The zipper keeps getting caught in the lining of the carrier and the cardboard on the bottom is too thin. When you zip it up, pet inside, and put the long strap over your shoulder the whole carrier folds in on itself. I would not recommend this product. ... show more

Super cute and very much needed. I plan on filling it with a cozy blanket. Pockets are filled with brush, bowls, food, treats, bone and there are still pockets to spare. I might place a study cardboard wall if needed but this will only be used for road trips and grooming appointments.

    • Nice looking product but not workung so well for me.
Like the design and concept. Lots of space and storage, but too big for my 5lb dog. Walls and bottom need more support, they keep collapsing in on her. Needs a pillow inside. Have not tried it in the car yet, still just putting her in it to get used to it.
