This works great. It is strong and stable enough to hold my full grown lab. The side handles for the grab bars in the back are a little unstable. I left those down and tucked the sides under my folding seat. My only complaint is the material is slick. When my dog jumps in, she slides on the cover. But it is really easy to clean the dog hair as it won't get stuck in the material. It also came with a pet seat belt and the velcro is very strong and covered by the material so it also won't get hair caught in it.

I've had this with my 70 pound labrador-pitbull mix for about 6 months now. It is not as good as I expected it to be. Pros: +It covers the gap between the back seats, so my dog doesn't fall down. +Has some plywood on the bottom to add rigidity +Pretty easy to remove and fold in certain sections to allow humans to sit. +Material is pretty good at keeping the dirt and saliva off the car, while still being fairly easy to clean. Cons: - Not as rigid as described due to the 6 separate sections for the plywood that also fold in. Dog tends to still dip a bit when stepping forward. - Material is a bit slippery, so my dog is sliding around the car during freeway rides during heavy breaking or wide turns. - The side strap and zippers take a fair bit of work to get undone every time I let my dog in and out of the car. - Even when the seat cover is strapped tight, there is still enough slack near the front to let my dog easily jump over to the front seat when she's not buckled in the seat. Overall, the product is okay and is better than a hammock, but I might have gone with a different product if I knew how different the end product would be compared to the sample images provided.
