We just rescued a dog and I needed a seat cover for my Subaru Crosstrek. I saw this item and the price point was substantially lower than similar products. I figured I'd grab it and worry about upgrading later. There's no need to upgrade. This car seat cover was easy to install, clips are super strong, and it fits perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, especially when it was extremely inexpensive. The board pieces didn't look like they would hold up, but they definitely did even with my larger breed dog. Best of all I was able to use the seat belt clip that is included to ensure his safety. He was super comfortable and literally had room to sprawl out. He had enough length on the seat belt attachment to stick his head out of the windows as well. My only negative would be that the surface is slippery- I just put an old moving blanket over the car seat cover. Im still giving 5 stars as this product is a good value and I'm happy I chose it over the $100+ options. ... show more

I bought this to replace my misplaced backseat cover for my Subaru Forester and this is way better than my original one. It fits very nicely and gives the pups more secure footing. I also appreciate that the sides zip up, making at least an attempt at containing the chaos pups when I’m ready to let them out. This is perfect for my '07 GMC Canyon. There's a small area behind the seats that I use for the furbabies but they were forced to sit on the floor. Now they are elevated with a secure platform and very comfortable. It even allows for a small space underneath for storage. I did air it out for 24 hours prior to installation per the instructions as there was a noticeable "new" product odor. I recently got my wife a new car with leather seats, and since we have two dogs who love car rides and adventures, protecting the back seat was a must. After doing some research and reading reviews, we decided on the URPOWER Backseat Extender (Medium size) for our 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid, which is considered a decent-sized SUV. For reference, our back seat measures about 52 inches door-to-door, the seat depth is 19 inches, and the seatback height is 23 inches — and the medium fit very well. This product comes with four white plastic support boards (almost like sturdy poster boards) that you insert into the bottom and zip closed. When I first saw them, I was skeptical about how well they would actually hold up. We have a 40 lb mixed shepherd who moves around a lot during car rides and a 20 lb mixed dachshund, so I needed something sturdy — especially for the shepherd. I’ve owned a few backseat covers before, and while they did the basic job of protecting the seats, they lacked solid bottom support. My dogs would step forward toward the driver’s side and sometimes slip into that unsupported gap between the seat and the back of the front seats. With the support boards in place, this extender creates a much sturdier and more level surface. It gives them noticeably more room and stability. During about an hour and a half of total driving while testing it out, I noticed they didn’t slip around nearly as much compared to previous covers. That alone made a big difference in how secure they seemed during the ride. The middle mesh section also stays upright and isn’t floppy, which I appreciate. My second favorite feature is the side door protection panels. Many seat covers ignore the passenger doors, and in my previous vehicle, I had plenty of scratches on the door panels and windows from my dogs climbing up to look outside. These side covers help deter that behavior and add an extra layer of protection that a lot of competitors don’t include. Overall, this feels much more secure and thoughtfully designed compared to other covers I’ve tried. If you have an SUV and active dogs, especially ones that move around a lot during rides, this is a solid investment to protect your interior. ... show more

Not sturdy over the edge of the seat at all. Material is slicker than expected. It cleans easily. Easy to fold and put into the bag. Looks nice but being slick is a negative. 3 star might be generous here.
