10 year dog owner , by far the absolute best backseat cover I’ve ever owned. The fact that it folds up on itself and can stay in the car without being in the way is a first. I’ve never found one like this before. It’s also my first time owning a hard-bottom backseat cover and let me tell you- my dogs love it. I did purchase separately a non-slip bed/pad to go on it that is made for this reason because when they say hard, they mean hard. We go on long road trips at least twice a month so them being comfortable is necessary. It protects the sides of the car very well and I love that the side straps to hold it up against the doors can completely be removed for washing.

This cover was perfect for our recent road trip with the fur babies. Our Great Dane and AFH fit perfectly in the backseat and slept the entire way from Wilmington NC to Asheville NC. I love the mesh and the pocket. We ended up having to take the front part down so our Dane could lay his head on the center console. That’s how he has ridden on car trips since he was a puppy and you know what they say about teaching an old dog new tricks. It’s the only thing that would make this perfect. I love how easy it is to take the individual boards out for cleaning or adjusting.saved the faux leather seats in our Audi.

The material is water resistant! However, because of that feature, it’s a bit like a slip and slide for my dog. The underside is nonslip and does well with staying in place. It definitely protected my seats when my dog had an upset stomach. It does well in the washer and I air dry it. The zipper section does not match my seats, because the larger half for my RAV4 is on the opposite side.
