It was the wrong shade, despite it being the suggested shade on the Estée Lauder website. This shade was way too bright and pale on my skin. I returned it back less than an hour from when it was delivered. Amazon made it easy and stress-free to return my item. Amazon refunded me my money the same day, making it possible to purchase the right shade and have it delivered the same day! I found my shade in 3N1, Ivory Beige. I have rosacea, dry skin, and have a combo of pink and yellow undertones. ___________ (W)ARM undertones: Best if your skin has yellow, peach, or golden underlying colours. (C)OOL undertones: Best if your skin has pink or blue. I've been using this foundation for years and it is my absolute favorite. The coverage is perfection and it makes your skin look perfect without it looking oily or cakes. A little bit goes a LONG way. These bottles last me for months. When I want a thinner later I wet my make up sponge with water first and apply. Definitely my favorite foundation ever.

This foundation is especially beautiful on mature skin. Its smooth texture blends seamlessly and minimizes fine lines. It is a matte finish, but in a velvety, healthy looking way. Not flat and dull like other matte foundations. Worth the money in my opinion. A little goes a long way.

I bought this foundation to treat myself as I’ve never indulged in a high end foundation before. Upon application, I noticed the coverage wasn’t as heavy as the maybeline fit me foundation I normally use which is also considered a lighter coverage foundation. It definitely dries down faster too. I really like the natural finish of this foundation, it really is gorgeous, I’m just not sure if it would suit someone with skin issues like acne. I have yet to test the longevity of this foundation so I will update my review once the day is over. Update: this foundation holds up very well during my job working in fast food which requires me to be by a hot oven all day. I would not recommend for those who have acne because it does little to cover it.

Phenomenal foundation! I so wish I would have tried it sooner! I work all day in waterfront restaurants so I am in and out of a kitchen and the outdoors in the humidity. My old foundation would literally melt off of my face just a couple hours into my day. This one holds strong on my 10 hour doubles! I’ve had no breakouts, it doesn’t cake, and the website helped me match my color perfectly. Definitely my new go to foundation!

It’s the foundation that literally stays put no matter what. There’s a reason Double Wear is the fave of professional makeup artists in the film industry. Coverage is excellent, and you can layer it when you need extra coverage. I give my makeup a workout daily. I work in a large scale professional kitchen. It’s hot, and I’m usually sweating to the point it’s dripping down my face and I’m wiping, and my makeup doesn’t budge. I’ve been wearing double wear exclusively for 9 years now, and I’m a fan for life.
