This is a cheap mascara that I swear on! Im a dog groomer, and the water proof mascara stays on all day, even after hours of getting splashed by dogs! Four stars because it is a decent mascara for the price! I'm very fair, so I try to use brownish mascaras rather than black. I like the color, but it is difficult to achieve the look I want without a lot of clumping. I have seen others use this brand without clumped lashes, so maybe it's something I'm doing. Overall, it's a decent mascara for the price, but I'm not sure that I would purchase it again. I haven't noticed any flaking, but it does smudge when you first put it on. ... show more
