Easily connected the pencil via Bluetooth. Tested in a sketch app and there was very little lag and it did not cut out at all. It’s light weight so you won’t get the heavy feel you get from an Apple Pencil but still feels very good. Magnet works to attach to the side of the mini. Doesn’t charge though so you’ll need to use a usb-c for that. Totally worth buying if you need a cheap alternative that works reliably. Feels great combined with “paper feel” screen protector.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this product genuinely surprised me. As a huge fan of Apple, I’m always drawn to anything with their logo. However, as a college student, I find the steep price tag hard to justify. This product, though, strikes the perfect balance. It’s incredibly useful for taking notes and handles everything a student could need, from staying organized to completing assignments. On top of that, its compatibility with the FindMy app is a game-changer. Knowing I can quickly locate it if it gets misplaced is such a relief, especially with the hustle and bustle of campus life. It’s functional, convenient, and surprisingly affordable for what it offers. If you’re looking for quality without breaking the bank, this is definitely worth considering!

I previously had the official Apple Pencil 2, and when I upgraded my iPad I didn’t want to shell out $125+ for the Pencil Pro, so I picked this up instead. I was worried that having to plug the pencil in, rather than charging it via the magnet, would be a hassle, but compared to spending $100 extra, it is more than worth the trade off. This pencil writes perfectly well, and the battery lasts me more than two weeks for my uses. If I were an artist, it may be a different story, but only end up using my pencil a couple times a week to take notes or mark up documents. If this is similar to your needs, I’d say save yourself the money and buy this. You’re not missing anything.

I believe that I made the proper decision since this pen was pleasant to use from the very beginning and provided me with the characteristics that I need. During the course of my daily routine, I often have to strike a balance between producing creative sketches for personal projects and taking brief notes during online meetings. This pencil has been able to handle both of these tasks without any difficulty. The process of connecting the stylus to my iPad was surprisingly simple, and I particularly loved the fact that I did not have to jump through any additional hoops in order to make it operational. I get the impression that a device's ability to integrate into everyday routines is largely determined by how easily it can be set up. When I don't have to fiddle with difficult settings, I am able to concentrate more on the tasks that I truly need to do. Once it was linked, it was immediately recognized whenever I switched on my iPad, which meant that I did not have to deal with the occasional connection annoyance that is frequently associated with wireless devices. During the first several days, I experimented with a wide range of applications to see how effectively the stylus adapted to the various jobs that I was doing. I was able to make lines and coloring without experiencing any latency throughout the process of creating my digital drawings since it offered a degree of immediacy that seemed natural. I also discovered that touching or holding the stylus button gave helpful shortcuts, and I believe that even the smallest detail may make a significant impact when you are switching between tools in an art program. Due to the fact that I was able to flip between different kinds of pens or switch to the eraser with minimum disturbance, I was able to maintain my creative flow.
