Essential case for anyone that has the newest (2024) iPad Pro 11! I always look for the best case that will not only protect the iPad but allow me to use it comfortably. My primary use case for my iPad is to take notes, typed and handwritten, and for media consumption second. ESR’S case allows me to do both very comfortably and offers so many options to use the iPad mini without the worry of getting it damaged (especially scratching it). What I really like about the case: - Multi-angle and ways to use the case (landscape, adjustable view, portrait for browsing, and angled enough for writing) - The iPad can lays perfectly even when on a flat surface, especially when hand-writing notes - Case is slim and lightweight; offers good quality protection - Magnets galore and they’re all really strong - the ability to have protection of the iPad even without the folio cover - Overall quality is great! Even as protective as this case folio is, it is very lightweight! I have been a longtime user and fan of ESR products; they are always up to par and never fail. 5 stars in functionality and protection, two very important factors when considering cases and products to complement our electronic devices.

Update: After using the case for a couple of weeks, I'm increasing my rating to 4 stars. I stand by the thickness and weight, but the build quality and functionality of the case have been good enough that I've continue to use it and it has grown on me. The fit is excellent and so far, no issues with build quality. Orignal Review: With the iPad Pro M4 being so new, case options are extremely limited. After looking at what was available, I settled on this one because it looked most similar to the case I had on my 11" iPad Pro from 2018 and because I could have it delivered same day. Overall, the build quality feels good. It fits the iPad well, the flap works, the magnets are strong, and it feels good to the touch (Slight rubbery texture). However, the thing I first noticed when picking up the package from my porch was how heavy it felt. Surely, it's just the box, right? It was not. This case is heavy! For comparison, my 2018 11" iPad Pro + its case weighs in at 1.5 lbs almost exactly. The brand new 11" iPad Pro M4 plus this case is 1 lb 14 oz! All gains on how thin the new iPad is and how light it is is lost with this case. The case alone weighs in at 15 oz, only 0.8 oz lighter than the iPad. The other downside to this case is how thick it is on the iPad. It easily doubles the thickness of the iPad if not more. As mentioned earlier, it's a very durable case, but at the cost of thickness. The inner portion of the case that the iPad snaps into adds thickness itself, but then the whole outer wrap then doubles that, especially with the fold over strap. Overall, if thickness and weight aren't a factor for you, I highly recommend this case. For me, it just doesn't do the engineering of the iPad justice and is not aesthetically pleasing. I very like this case that it is protected the iPad Pro 11 inch 2024 M4 very well. It is perfectly fitted. It is comfortable in your hand when you pull it out just the back case. You can attach to the front and back covers to watch movies and can adjust to different angles but I think it should have some magnet to hold the position more firmly. When you put in all the cover and case, it added the weight and thickness so because of that I will give 4.5 stars (basically there are 2 layers of back pieces). I wish you only make one back piece and the front can attached and detached. Overall it is a very good protective and functional case.
