I sort of impulsively bought this dress after looking through all the reviews and photos, hoping for the best but also preparing for another cheap quality garment with a weird fit. I just tried it on and it’s my new gold standard for a cool day to night summer casual dress. The quality is much higher than a lot of comparable dresses, especially at this price point. The outside is like a high quality swimsuit fabric with quite a bit of stretch and sheen (without looking too shiny and cheap) and it’s not lined but has a backing that functions as a liner that’s fleecy and soft but not hot. This adds a level of support and keeps every little line and lump from showing or being too revealing and unforgiving. I’m 5’5”, 32C, and fluctuate between 105-110lbs and the small is perfect. I think it could also be flattering and comfortable for those who weigh either a little more or a little less. The style is neutral enough for people with different personal styles or body types to put their own spin on it, and I can see myself traveling with it because it’s so versatile. ... show more

It’s a simple dress yes, but I was on the hunt to find a dress I could break it down in on the dance floor without it rolling up. It’s a problem with most tight dresses on Amazon that when you really short grooving, jumping in and out with your feet especially, that the bottom of the dress will roll up and expose your spandex (you should always wear spandex if you’re really planning to bust a move on any dance floor, unless you’re feeling extra risky I suppose), effectively turning it from a dress into a top. This had no such problem. The hips of the dress are wide for my fellow big booty judies, and survived a thorough dance testing session. I expected it to be some cheaply made, see through, plastic-y sheen dress... boy was I wrong! It's interior is like a flannel, it's so soft and warm! The exterior looks well made, seams are properly done, I couldn't recommend this dress more! Whatever they're doing, they need to keep doing. It has some thickness to it, so if you bend over the material stretches and -get this- DOESN'T BECOME SEE-THROUGH! Yes, yes, yes! If you're looking for a somewhat shiny, stretchy, form fitting dress that is true to size, this one is it!!!!!!! I love it so much I just wear it around the house at times just because it's so comfortable. I wish I could make this up, but they brought actual quality to the table and not just the bare minimum! If only other brands would do that while not charging outrageous prices... The dress is really pretty and fits nicely, but the fabric is quite sheer. You might need to wear something underneath, especially in bright light. Other than that, the design and color are nice, just wish the material was a bit thicker!

TLDR: returned; too tight, weird/unflattering fabric, care instructions are too complicated for a piece of this quality - hand wash? Nah. This is "fleece" lined, shiny spandex long underwear, basically - in the form of a dress. NOT for summer unless you spend summer in Antarctica. Now, if the temperature is lower and you're outside, this could actually be a benefit for some. I'm tall so finding tank tops that aren't crop tops is a JOB. Often, I just buy short mini tank dresses and use them as long tank tops - I was hoping this could be one of those situations but no. The outside material (see pic for comparison on inside/outside) was unpleasant, cheap, shiny polyester. It'll snag on everything, rough skin, sharp nails etc etc eventually. No thanks. Fit was tighter than I expected, clearly designed to stretch. I could have sized up 1 size for a looser fit but because I didn't know what the fabric was like I didn't. I get that some may actually want a tight fit, which is fair enough, but beware: because the outside is shiny, it will show off your every imperfection. I could see the indentation of my belly button clearly despite this fabric basically being 2-ply. My search continues. ... show more

Wow! I really had low expectations on this dress, but it blew my mind. First of all, it is truly white, second and best of all it is a thick confortable breathable material - Not see thru, well I haven't been outside yet with it on yet, but in the house, all is well lol. It has some good body area control. It fit really nicely. It's also not that short it goes down to just about my knees. You can scrunch it up to make it look shorter, and it looks nice like that as well. The only thing I had a slight problem with was the straps, they are little long- had a little room and they kind of lift, but it's barely noticeable. Went back and bought 2 more 🤦🏻♀️ I'm 5'4 semi curvy 167 lbs. Ill add pics soon... I just had to share because I was so surprised lol. ... show more
