Excellent quality, great support
Size: Air 5/4, Pro 11" 4/3/2/1 Color: 2 Pack with Flawless Fit Tray
I picked this because I’ve heard good things about ESR, was a good price and came with a tool to help apply the protector. Unfortunately I ran into some issues and had bubbles on my install. I emailed support and they quickly responded over the weekend and shipped me a replacement. The replacement worked great and I was able to apply it without bubbles Overall happy with the product and support ... show more

Super Easy Installation - Great Customer Service!
Size: Pro 11'' (2024) Color: 2 Pack with Flawless Fit Tray
This is a fantastic screen protector. The installation was incredibly easy, and the protector looks to be great quality. The colors of my iPad screen are still really vibrant and the images/text are still sharp. I botched the installation the first time, resulting in large bubbles under the screen protector. I reached out to customer service to find out how I could avoid that outcome, and not only did they give me tips but they offered to replace the screen protector at no charge to me. I have multiple ESR products, including the magnetic paperfeel screen cover and a folio type case and you really can't beat the quality (or price). The ESR Paper-Feel Magnetic Screen Protector works perfectly with this tempered screen protector. ... show more

A Perfect Install After a Little Work
Size: Pro 13'' (2024) Color: 2 Pack - Armorite

After spending so much money on the new iPad Pro, and as fragile as it feels, one of the first things I wanted to do was add a glass screen protector. I’ve used ESR in the past for other accessories so when I saw they sold a screen protector for the latest iPads and offer the crucial application tray, I was happy to buy it. I went with the Armorite version as I want the best quality and durability and don’t mind paying a few more dollars for something that likely will last for the life of the iPad. Installation is obviously the hardest part, environment and air quality are the most important factors, so I applied mine in the bathroom after having some steam built up to help knock any dust or particles out of the air. After cleaning the iPad, the application tray makes the process so easy, giving me a perfectly lined up install. The only issue I had was a few little bubbles and some dust under the glass (not a fault of the product.) Personally, I ran the risk of the slightly lifting up the edges and sliding the dust removal sticker under the glass until I removed the few trapped pieces of dust I had. There were a few bubbles under the glass but I was able to easily press them out and it only took a few minutes and they never came back so I’m not sure why people knock the product for bubbles when it’s very hard to install any screen protector without needing to press out bubbles (especially on one this large.) The install ended up coming out perfect and I now have an extra screen protector in the event that this one ever gets damaged. The only two slight cons I noticed is that the glass appears to be a lot more reflective than the original glass, and it also adds a slight RGB looking filter on the screen (imagine the rainbow you’d see on a wet oil slick or what most plastic screen protectors look like) It’s not really something you’ll notice but going from no screen protector, to adding one, I did notice the image is slightly less sharp, but it’s only noticeable on white backgrounds. It does slightly take away from the new iPad’s beautiful screen but it’s a trade off I’m willing to make for added protection of that beautiful and very expensive screen. I also find it does a better job of not collecting finger prints and feels nicer to glide your finger across than the original glass. I think this is a great screen protector for the money, mostly due to the application tray which makes the process very easy. But the most important key to a perfect installation is the prep working of having the screen perfectly clean, and having the best environment, free of dust and debris in the air. If there are any bubbles you should be able to press them out. I just wish it didn’t have that slight distortion to the clarity of the screen that I don’t think I’ve gotten from other screen protectors. ... show more

Outstanding Customer Service and Quality: Bubble-Free Screen Protectors After Quick Replacement!
Size: Pro 12.9'' 6/5/4/3 Color: 2 Pack - Armorite
I recently purchased these screen protectors and initially encountered some issues with bubbles. However, the customer service was exceptional—they promptly sent me replacements. The new protectors were much easier to apply, and now my screen is bubble-free. There are just a couple of minor blemishes from forcing out the original bubbles, but overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality and support. Highly recommend! ... show more

Great screen protector, better customer service
Size: Pro 11'' (2024) Color: 2 Pack with Flawless Fit Tray
The media could not be loaded. Tl;dr Please make sure the iPad is completely seated in the tray before installing the screen protector. I didn't do this and ruined a screen protector in the process. I've made a video walking you through the first few steps. (I didn't complete the install because I already had one installed.) Once you have the iPad in place, you can follow through with removing the plastic covering and continuing with the install process. It's pretty straightforward. The diagrams in the instructions and on this product page should help with this. Longer version: I was in the market for a new screen protector for my iPad 11 (M4) and stumbled upon one from ESR. The setup instructions were pretty straightforward, but I didn't have my iPad seated correctly, so I messed up the first one. Thankfully, it came with an extra screen protector. After I got the second one installed, I had to iron out a few bubbles. I used the cleaning cloth that came with it, but in hindsight, I should have used a credit card, as it would have probably made it easier. I did reach out to their customer support team about ruining the first protector. They graciously sent me a whole new pack. It's customer service like that that earns a customer for life. Thank you! Pros: -Fits perfectly (once installed correctly) -Amazing customer support who were quick to resolve the issue -Have a backup protector if you install it correctly the first time -No issues using the Apple Pencil or when using the touchscreen in general Cons: -Wish it came with a credit card-like tool to flatten out any bubbles -QR code for the install video didn't work and sent me to an unavailable website Overall, I am very satisfied with the screen protector. I feel like it's a relatively inexpensive investment to help protect your iPad screen. Hope this helps someone! ... show more
